The property was in a good location with fantastic staff.

our room faced the freeway which was very noisy. the bedroom window was double glazed but the doors in the main room, where my son was sleeping on a sofa bed weren’t and there was very loud traffic noise all night.

I found the location to be perfectly positioned, only meters away from the beach. There was more than enough room in the apartment, and the roof terrace with spa bath was definitely welcomed. Having pool facilities, gym, and secure parking was brilliant. 3-minute walk away is some restaurants and cafe, though you'll be spoilt for choice, and so many other fabulous spots are a 15min walk away or 5min drive (Bam Bam Cafe is a must). If you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you as there are a few stairs and no lift. This wasn't an issue for me, but it is worth considering

Prime Location: Steps from the beach, with cafes, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. Perfect for those who want to ditch the car and immerse themselves in the beachside lifestyle. Responsive Hosts: Eric and Nikki were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing local recommendations and ensuring my stay was seamless. Comfortable and Stylish: The unit was tastefully decorated with modern amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The powerful air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. Peaceful and Quiet: Despite being close to the beach, the unit was surprisingly quiet, offering a tranquil escape after a day of exploring. Convenient Parking: On-site parking was a huge plus, especially considering the limited street parking options in the area.

Some guests were smoking by my pool windows, and the smell permeated into my room. As a non-smoker, this was quite unpleasant for me, and it detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere I was hoping for during my stay. Thankfully I was offered another room.

Fantastic location, personal friendly service and very clean throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable and the heated pool was an added bonus. The room was soundproof with the doors and windows closed.

The shower receptacle was very small, so would not easily accommodate a larger person, and there were no lifts, only stairs to the upper floors. Unfortunately there was also roadworks (tram line construction) and the beach path constructions happening at the same time. However, the rooms were soundproof when the doors and windows were all closed.

Fantastic Location! Just 200 meters from the beach, this spot was ideal for our getaway. Each morning, we relished the opportunity to stroll along the esplanade and take a refreshing swim. With an array of breweries, bakeries, food venues, bars, and more within walking distance, there was never a shortage of things to explore. Having a hire car was convenient, and the included parking space at the apartment was a lifesaver, considering parking could have been tricky otherwise. The complex itself was wonderfully serene yet conveniently close to everything we needed. We can't recommend it highly enough. Plus, the manager was accommodating, even offering beach towels upon request. Our stay was truly enjoyable from start to finish.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you to hosts Eric & Nikki for being so accommodating when we had an unexpected change of circumstances. The unit was clean, comfortable & had everything we hoped for plus more. The location is amazing - such a short walk to the beach with other conveniences in close walking distance also. We were really impressed with how secure the apartments are also. Thank you for a great stay, we'd love to visit again!

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Room was clean and spacious with a view of the ocean and a large balcony. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Secure underground parking. Nice pool. Staff were friendly and shared many great suggestions about the area.

There were a few maintenance items that need attention: shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor; some painting needed, especially in bathroom, broken hook on bathroom door. No elevator so we had to carry up our heavy suitcases to the top floor. Bedroom was a bit warm for us as the air conditioner a long way from bedroom! Would have appreciated the following kitchen items: baking sheet, non- stick fry pan, oven mitts, salt & pepper.

Comfortable and very clean apartment with heaps of space, fully self contained including laundry, location is easy to get around, pool and spa, affordable, designated parking... lots to love and we'll be back

Reception hours limited and rooms won't be cleaned except for long stays of more than a week. I'd rather support a small business and it's totally reasonable for them to have some limitations - thankfully they make out of hours check-in and out super easy so it's mostly not an issue.

I have stayed at Burleigh on The Beach now about 6 times and it never lets me down. The staff are welcoming, friendly and you feel Ike you are catching up with the neighbours. The location is amazing. So close to the beach and great restaurants. The pool is clean and there is plenty of shade as well as spaces to lie in the sun. The rooms are clean and well presented I couldn’t ask for anything more

Nothing. I loved everything

The Apartment was very spacious und cozy. I had everything I needed and Eric was always ready to help when I had a question or needed something. It is a short nice walk to James Street with all the nice cafes and restaurants, and also maybe 15 walk to Burleigh National Park. I would come back any time and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place near the beach but also near the hustle and bustle of Burleigh Heads.
