The property is in a spectacular location. Self check-in was easy. The apartment was airy and light and uncluttered. When we unfortunately broke a bedside lamp (by bumping it onto the tiles with the pillow on the bed adjacent), the manager dealt with it without any fuss, which we really appreciated.

The tiles felt sticky, but consistently throughout so it must be the cleaning product used. The shower heads both left a lot to be desired and bathroom ventilation could be improved. Be prepared - the bedrooms are very small. The car park was challenging, not just because roadworks influenced access, but also because we drive a Hilux. I wouldn’t have liked to try to park anything larger than that in the underground car parking. It was clean and secure though.

We stayed in apartment 12E, literally newly renovated (was told the finishing touches were completed the day before). Stylish modern interior, tastefully decorated. Fantastic views of the ocean and Burleigh and walking distance to everything you need. The staff at the reception desk were super friendly and accommodating. Because the apartment was just renovated there were some little "teething" issues but when raised it would be immediately addressed and take care of. Excellent customer service and very welcoming. Safe and secure building (key fob to use lifts, pool and entry/exit gates) and beautiful gardens that are immaculately cared for. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

I want to be clear this is out of the control of Burleigh Towers and its staff. Please be aware there is a lot of construction going on due to the light rail on the corner of Goodwin Terrace and Gold Coast Highway where Burleigh Towers and other resorts are located. During our 4 night stay, there were 2 nights where the construction continued into the very early hours (1.30 am). The windows are not double glazed so you hear all the construction, traffic and hustle & bustle of Burleigh all day long and sometimes late into the night. It didn't really bother us too much (except for the 1.30 am construction noises) but keep this in mind if you are looking for somewhere quieter.

Location - close to beach, shops/restaurants and Burleigh Heads National Park. Beautiful views from our unit. Well equipped kitchen.

The address is given as Goodwin Street. Nowhere in our documentation did it say that you have to enter from the Gold Coast Highway to check in and for car entrance. We wasted some time in Goodwin Street, having to park and then walk up and down trying to find out how to enter when a short sentence telling you this would have made all the difference, as well as a sign in Goodwin Street.

Closeness to restaurants and shopping. Directly across from the beach and Surf Club/Pub. Nice and clean facility.

For our stay there was only one or two dishwasher tablets and ditto garbage bags. We tried to buy some single tablets at the local store but they only had full (large) boxes. That was a bit lousy IMO. This is the second time we have stayed here and despite renting a "Deluxe" apartment the bedrooms backed onto the Gold Coast Hwy which was extremely noisy early in the morning or late at night. On our previous visit we had a middle of the building (front) apartment and did not have any exposure to the highway. Unfortunately when booking there is no indication on where the apartment is in relation to the floor plan so you take your chances where you end up.

Totally exceeded our expectations, esp as we're not fans of high-rise apartments. The apartment was spotlessly clean, a great size - both spacious & nicely decorated - & had everything we needed. The beds were comfy & air con perfect - loved all the overhead fans as air con isn't always necessary. Lynne made our trip perfect.

Not much. The car park numbering was made it difficult to find our spot. Some logic in the numbering system would help but probably not possible. Such a small thing but that was it!

fantastic location across the road from Burleigh Beach. We could bike down to Broadbeach etc and use public transportation back. Could not fault the location.

At the moment on Gold Coast Highway they are doing extensive road works therefore, they start early in the morning. I would assume almost all motels etc are having this issue at the moment.

We absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was so well set out and recently renovated. Looking out the living room straight across to the ocean was a delight. We will definitely be returning to this apartment.

We would have loved the ability to key lock the balcony door so that we could just use that to enter and exit instead of going through the foyer each time.

Perfect location to walk everywhere, across the road from the beach, secure property needing a fob to enter complex. The apartments are very comfortable with all you need, ours was on the 8th floor ocean view- the view exceeded our expectations. Reception were helpful, tennis rackets & recommendations.

Located on a noisy highway with heavy traffic. Very heavy local traffic. Difficult entry from highway, not well signposted. Very limited parking for visitors or a second car

The location and view were outstanding! Exceeded our expectations. As did the rooms, furnished modernly and had a nice feel to it. Considering what we paid the entire property was such great value for money.

The beds were quite hard and really uncomfortable. Lots of noise from roadworks at night and just general road noise. This would be the same at all properties in the area I imagine.
