The apartment was very well located and was well equipped and comfortable

The male caretaker has an appalling manner with guests . Extremely rude and abrupt and inflexible . He spoiled an otherwise fabulous stay at your property . Kate is lovely and friendly though !!!

The room was spacious, the veiw was outstanding, kitchen was equipped quite well, bathrooms were roomy, Lady at reception was absolutely lovely and very nice to us during our stay and super easy and help with communications. Kind gesture of Avocados in reception area, excellent location being far enough from the main township with traffic but close enough to walk to with ease. Shopping so close by and 711 convenience just around the corner. Life guards/flagged swim location almost directly in front of the door (across the road)

Communications with male host were unfriendly / unhelpful each time contact was made. After requesting the gentleman to offer a reasonable amount of help, he did. (to his credit) Unfortunately those first interactions have made the impression and it was actually the only reason the rating wasn't higher.

very clean and spacious. kitchen was well equipped. beds were comfy. good location if you want to be away from the busy areas. a great place to stay.

there were no pool towels. we had to go and buy our own. also we were only issued 1 towel each for a weeks stay but we probably should have been given 2 sets of towels each and 2 sets of hand towels and flannels so we could use the fresh set while the others were being washed and dried. no flannels at all were issued. we also went and bought flannels.

All apartments face the ocean . It’s an easy walk to James St , cafes and restaurants. There is a 7/11 around the corner. Parking is available and plenty of room for our hire car. The apartment was well equipped with crockery .. cooking utensils etc if you want to eat in.

We had apartment 9 on the 4th floor which had an ok view through the pine trees across the road. I had requested a higher floor when we booked 6 months ago! The apartment was adequate.. plenty of room .. comfortable beds. But it could definitely benefit from an upgrade of the bathrooms and a deep clean of the furniture and the rug in the living room.Both stained from heavy use. One of the elevators was out of service , which we were informed about and it didn’t have any impact on our stay. But the other elevator had a problem on one of the days we were there and was out of action for several hours… we were glad then that we were on a lower floor. A couple more minor issues were dealt with by Tony pretty promptly.

Loved the location. The unit itself was beautiful.

We were made to feel like we were completely not welcome because of numerous rude interactions with a man in the lobby, first the rudeness on arrival, then about a trolley toward my daughter who was then to scared incase she saw him again then about a skim board which was completely rude and demanding. The cooking pan was terrible the shower door in the ensuite it horrible. The kitchen tap is broken . No curtains or aircon in the bed rooms. We won’t back. It’s unfortunate because it’s such a beautiful place but the man downstairs is horrible and we needed to cook every night due to not being able to go out and eat . And it was made difficult with the crappy cookware.

Beautiful location and stunning views. The apartment is large enough to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. Great restaurants near by, even a gluten free take away shop just a beachside stroll away. The sauna is 1 of the best I've used and large enough for a group. We will stay again.

Some small over looked areas of the apartment where very dusty. Unfortunately the gym had be removed before our stay. I had booked months before the gym was removed and there was no communication or offer of discount after the fact. There are local gyms, which are "unstaffed/tag entry" so there are no casual visit options.

We stayed at this hotel, which was very spacious for six people. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free, and the location was perfect, within walking distance to beaches and parks. What amazed me the most was the beautiful ocean view from our room.

However, there were some downsides. The shower facilities were old, and the water flow from the shower was poor. The provided toiletries were subpar, so I recommend bringing your own, especially if you're staying for three nights or more. Additionally, there were minor construction works in the building, and the loud drilling noise was quite disruptive.

Heated pool was great for the grand-kids. Great views. Reasonably close to main shopping precinct in Burleigh.

They have 7 Visitor parking spaces out front with 'Visitor Parking, No parking overnight' signs on them but apparently you can't park there during the day. We parked a car there to load up luggage on our exit & were told to move the car. We explained & were given 20mins maximum to load up. Apparently owners of special units have paid extra for these parks but legally visitor car parks should be allowed for any visitor. The parks were empty for almost all of the time.

Our apartment was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We were on the 9th floor so had a great sea view above the big Norfolk pine trees. The highlight of our trip was being able to spot whales from any of the windows or the balcony. We didn't see much of the manager but when we did she was friendly and helpful.

I can understand having a starter pack for toilet paper and soap powder, but dishwashing detergent and dishwasher soap is a different matter if owners want THEIR dishes cleaned properly. One sachet of each is only enough to do two lots of dishes. Someone staying for four or five nights and eating in would not be wanting to buy a bottle of detergent that would ultimately have to be left behind if not travelling by car. Also, the servicing of the apartment for any stay longer than 7 days should be a full service, not just the bed linen and towels changed and something squirted into the toilet.
