We was with dog, who was taken care of as other guests: bed, food facilities etc. Perfect view over lake. Very good breakfast.

You have to be used to smell from terme pool , if you want to have a nice lake view

Excellent location, attentive staff, well-appointed and comfortable rooms.

Lobby and hallways smell of sulfur at times because of the thermal pools, but it was never so bad that I regretted staying at the hotel.

- Property is beautiful and has a real old world charm to it. - The natural thermal water pool and spa area are just amazing. The view from the pool is something I'll never forget - a once in a lifetime memory! It was so relaxing and we managed to capture the most stunning photos at sunset. - Staff give you a mini tour of the property when you check in which was much appreciated. - Rooms are spacious and comfortable. - Best location right at the entrance to the old city. - Gorgeous view of the lake at the breakfast table.

- Breakfast was underwhelming. For a 5 star property, the breakfast was lacking and I was disappointed at the selection. I was just expecting more from a hotel of this standard. The selection seemed somewhat limited.

Beverage and dinner / restaurant pricing. Hospitality note: The stay was overall great, but our last night when we asked to eat at the restaurant it felt like they almost told us it was impossible to eat there despite we were guests. They checked with the restaurant manager and the told us we could go but we didn’t feel like we were welcomed. The food has enormous potential but both our entree were cold unfortunately. The bread basket was huge and generous and I would say humours compared to everything else. I had a surgery the following day and had to be fasting so that was unfulfilling dinner. Thank god for the bread. Overpriced. Portions must be bigger for the cost.

This hotel was just perfect for our little getaway in Sirmione. It was beautiful. The staff were incredible. The location is perfect, so close to the castle and the old town. Breakfasts were some of the best I’ve had. So much choice, always stocked up with fresh baked cakes, pastries, breads, fruit, meats and cheeses, and looked after by the staff. The pool and staff at the bar were also great all day long. Ensuring we were in the shade when we wanted it, and with drinks / snacks. This hotel has class, would highly recommend. Also enjoy some spa treatments too, they added to the luxury and were very reasonable.

Exceptional service. It’s a lot of money but the best standard of hotel and service I have ever received. Also it seems to be the only hotel with direct access to the lake which was a huge bonus.

Hotel location is great apart from passing noise at night from the old town making it difficult to sleep. So perhaps putting in more noise cancelling features to address this?

It was our 6th time in GHT which is a recommendation upon itself. We love everything about this hotel : old world charm , location , rooms , excellent food at breakfast, thermal pool and about all the most wonderful staff. We will be back .

This year it was quite a lot of families with small children, sometimes 8-10 in the pool at the same time , not necessarily an idea of a wellness oasis but still ok if you manage your expectations right.

This was the perfect vacation for my family! The Grand Hotel Terme in Sirmione provided us with an unforgettable experience. The luxurious accommodations, impeccable service from the staff, and spectacular views of Lake Garda left us breathless. We were particularly impressed and extremely satisfied with the exceptional service we received at the restaurant and the professionalism of the staff there. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true oasis of relaxation and elegance.

Location was ideal. A calm within the hustle and bustle of Sirmione. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was exceptional- just delicious.

I booked a superior room and on the website and booking.Com they all have a balcony and ours did not. The room was rather small. The air conditioning in the room made me very congested and poorly through the night. I’m glad we didn’t have a room on the 1st floor as the smell of sulphur was overpowering.

The pool and the breakfast was amazing

- Old TV with no apps or streaming services or option to connect my computer - There should be a sign that no naked people are allowed. There was an old German gentleman who was using the sauna absolutely backed. - The dinner was tasty, but very overpriced as the portions were tiny
