What wasn’t there to not like but love! This will now be my favorite place to stay when I visit the Atlanta area. From the welcoming smiles when you enter the property to the electric energy from the shuttle driver taking me to the airport. The staff, location, room, costs, cleanliness, bed, and everything in between was a perfect score.

There was nothing that I didn’t like but I guess I have to say something. They were renovating but even that wasn’t noticeable because they did everything to make your stay great and to not make the renovation a distraction for guests. Maybe, adding a warmer blanket for colder months when you don’t really need to turn on heat but just a little extra layer would help.

THE STAFF! I will stay again just because ALL the staff I came in contact with were so helpful, polite and willing to help! Also, the breakfast was superb each day a little something different! With a lot of options and clean eating areas! Good coffee!

First room had mold in back of toilet. I only know this because toilet wouldn't flush so we looked in the back to see if water was filling and BAM big mold! Staff moved us instantly! Next room wasn't as clean. Our Final room was amazing! Just hated carrying luggage from room to room but it was well worth it!

Very nice large clean rooms and basically full kitchens with full size fridge. We had a very early flight so we didn't get to try the hot buffet breakfast unfortunately, but we did get some granola bars and fruit at the grab-and-go area. Also, it is a very short walking distance to many restaurants like McDonald's etc. The shuttle driver was the most friendly guy ever, and they run ever :10 and :40 of each hour.

If you have to go to the Atlanta International Terminal, you may not be able to use the shuttle service. We were told the shuttle was for domestic flights only, but I never confirmed that personally because we flew domestic.

Everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! I stayed in two others before switching my reservation to Staybridge and they were not great.

There was a plumbing issue with my shower and the water was warm but not hot. The staff did look into the issue for me, but it wasn't a quick fix. It wasn't bad enough to warrant changing rooms which was an option.

Excellent customer service. The front desk was Very knowledgeable and was such a help. The room was clean and above what was expected. Very spacious rooms apartment like which was comfy and more like your at home.

Paying for parking something I never heard of but then agian it seems to help protect customers cars from being broken into. May have been the smartest to do.

The location is close to Atlanta Hartsfield Airport and less than 5minute drive to local restaurants & stores. Facilities like gym & food buffet was excellent quality with hot drinks available all hours. An ATM is close to reception and the rooms were very high standard with kitchen included.

The parking was a separate charge that varies by length of stay.

The staff was so kind. The facilities were immaculate. You could eat off the floor. Will be staying again.

They let animals stay there.

The breakfast buffet very complete tasty and variety of choices . The hotel is renovating the lobby anytime a hotel is doing something new is bonus for me. The bed was comfortable. My family of three had a good time . The gym was equipped with everything I needed.

The mirror in the bathroom looks old had scratches all over .

I dis like paying for parking. I think it should just be included in your stay. We lost our first hotel due to bookings.com fault. and then git moved to this hotel and there was no pool and had to pay for parking which our original hotel did not have . they provided free parking

The event coordinator Denisha was amazing. She turned a situation that could have been a complete failure into a success. She solved a last minute problem that had me in tears. I could not be more grateful. I will definitely return to your beautiful hotel again. I also want to say that the breakfast was also very good. It was presented in a way that was completely covid safe. I have absolutely no complaints.
