I liked the Young lady who checked us in her name was Morgan B she was amazing she was able to answer all of our questions. All af the staff was pleasant and accommodating

The maid service they didn't clean our room which wasn't really a problem but they could have given us clean towels and tiolet papper.i had to call the front desk and go down a pick it up

very convenient location for us as we were in transit from Europe. The staff was very helpful especially the young lady in the breakfast area, think her name was Tanshia, helpful and had a very infectious smile. room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle driver was also very accommodating. overall a great stay

Only thing was the ice machine on our floor was out of order but found another one on a lower floor.

My daughter forgot her laptop. Left it in the room. Called the switchboard-reception. I don’t have the man’s name but he was exceptional. He managed to find the laptop and placed it on the shuttle to airport where my daughter waited at the drop off and received the laptop before her flight. Thanks to that man. His actions, politeness and sheer willingness to help were exceptional.

The location, it was clean, the rooms were really nice. Loved the hotel restaurant. The pool and the fire pit..

The should be makeup mirrors in the bathroom. The rooms should be sound proof. There was a party that went on for two days. It literally kept me awake for two days. And I was never able to tune into live tv.

Close to airport. Shuttle was also available. The shuttle driver, Vic was friendly and helped us to get our luggage on board. He was very helpful. He deserves a raise.

There are not enough luggage racks to take luggage to the room . Employees were helpful. The hotel needs more luggage racks for people coming into the hotel at varies hours.

I absolutely love the staffed at the restaurant. Every one was very attentive and and had exceptional customer service.

The hotel room could have been cleaner hair was left on the toilet and in the sink. There was also a ball that was left behind the chair. The pool was extremely cold as well as the whirlpool.

The prompt service at the registration desk. The waitress at the dinner venue. She was very pleasant and accommodating.

The lack of luggage racks to put our luggage on. I was told people take them to their rooms so they will have them when they check out.

Everything was very nice. The room was quite comfortable and very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The fridge seemed only cool enough for drinks and not for food. I had to put the little bit of food I brought in my cooler bag, cool that with ice, and then fit the cooler bag in the fridge to keep it cold enough. My ice packs completely thawed overnight. (For comparison, we stayed at the Buckhead Hilton Garden Inn back in March, and the fridge was quite cold. My ice packs were refrozen in the morning after being on the top shelf of the little fridge there overnight.)

It is very confusing at the airport between the Garden Inns. The driver was not not specific at which hotel it was. We ended up having to hire an Uber to get us to the right one.

shuttle service and breakfast was excellant. I had a late flight and i like the fact that was able to check in past2:00 a.m.

that their airport shuttle stop working at 2 A m and i had to take a taxi to hotel.
