I love how modern the furniture looks. The customer see was very pleasant. The continental breakfast offered various options including non- diary meals. The coffee available all day was an excellent option as well. The free shuttle bus from the airport was incentive. Walking distance to the Waffle House and other local restaurants was nice.

The overnight audit Monica was inpatient when trying to find my reservation. It was the middle of the night when I was traveling and book my room through booking. Booking customer service rescheduled out to the property and settled the confusion however, Monica was clearly irritated by this and I felt that wasn’t professional mannered. Jason was exceptionally helpful and delightful. Ebony and the housekeeper manager Quetta was very friendly and welcoming which made the stay even better.

The beds very comfty and cleanliness of the room and the kitchenette was nice. Sunday breakfast was really good and the coffee was always fresh. The staff was nice and helpful

Took awhile for room to heat. The small elevators and they kept making clunking noises as if it would break down. The breakfast was on point Sunday,but Saturday it was mediocre. The rooftop could be bigger, but VERY beautiful. The carpets and elevator need deep cleaning and you DEFINITELY need more than one valet attendant and clearer rules outside the building on what to do.

Friendly and helpful staff with good amenities such as hotel shuttle and free breakfast. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped/maintained. The hotel is quiet at night without any disturbances and very close to the airport and Delta Headquarters.

Other than the fact that the water pressure in the shower is relatively weak and there are no disposable hotel slippers to wear while staying, everything was really good!

The hotel was very clean, great staff, comfortable room and I slept without waking up to doors slamming or people talking in the hallway so the rooms seem a bit soundproof! The blackout shades were the best of any hotel I have been in. The products in the room/bathroom were of nice quality and breakfast was perfect. I always enjoy a little kitchen in the room as well.

Great free airport shuttle and another good thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the airport. Has a nice outside seating area which is in the car park effectively. Rooms are functional, clean and pretty much as expected. Staff on check in were very friendly and very accommodating.

The Breakfast was outstanding, the room was very clean, the staff was exceptional in assisting me with any question I had, and the drivers of the hotel vehicle was very knowledgeable as well as helpful with positive suggestions.

Perfect stop for our family during a road trip. Pet-friendly, good size suite for us - we were able to have our baby's crib set and still have plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was also a great size and the breakfast was amazing! Loved all of the different omelet options.

The location can be a little loud as it's close to the airport and to busy roads.

Quiet clean peaceful. Love your kids can use ethernet for internet with ps5 or Xbox. Great work area if your doing online work in your room. Refrigerator was spacious.

House keeping should bring towels daily. Had to keep asking for towels. Breakfast to basic needs a better food selection very strict diet type food. Need some biscuits and grits and bacon 🥓 .
