We had the most perfect week in Es Corte Vell. Our room was gorgeous and the whole hotel was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The pool area was so lovely with comfy sun loungers and amazing views of the mountains. The staff made our stay extra special as they were so friendly and always happy to help with anything, we loved chatting to them everyday. Bunyola is a lovely quiet town with a few restaurants and bars (Antic Grill and Cabra Verde are very good). Busier towns such as Palma and Port de Soller can be easily reached via bus. Staff - our host Ines was the nicest person in entire Mallorca during our vacation (but other members of the staff were nice as well). Ambient - peace and quiet. Decoration - interior and exterior of the hotel and the room are really well organised and natural. Unlimited and private use of outside pool and jacuzzi. All of the required information from our side were printed out and left for us to have it for later. Breakfast was amazing, with a lot of domestic products and everything you need.

Quality of the coffe should be a little better (it was not bad, and Jura machine is great, but in Croatia we are used to sligtly better quality of the coffe itself). Mojito cocktail and Aperol spritz should be mixed better (there are plenty of recipes on the internet that I use at home, and these are a lot better than the ones here).

Beautiful boutique property in a charming location. We used Bunyola as a base to do a few days of driving / exploring Deia & Valledemosa- it was great to have the free carpark included. It is narrow and steep to access, so you really need a small car. Room was comfortable with a great view and private rooftop terrace. Bed was firm and comfy, shower had great pressure. Very clean. The only strange thing was not having a door on the toilet. Backyard/ pool area was so peaceful to just sit in during the evening. Staff were really lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Access to the property is up some steep stairs and carpark is a bit of a hike from the accomodation- this seems to be common in Mallorca, wouldn’t stop us staying again.

It was such a beautiful stay, the mountains, it is so peaceful felt like we were the only ones there most Of the time. The breakfast was delicious and super healthy, and the staff were so welcoming

The only issue is the parking, you do need a car in this area if you want to get around to the beach, wouldn't advise a nervous driver to attempt the parking, we struggled in our little car- would be better in a 4x4- back wheel was off the ground every time we tried to get up, however this is expected in the mountains, and we were happy to have free Parking.

The room, terrace and roof were amazing. We loved the pool (although cold), the town is nice with a few good places to eat. All recommendations from the staff were appreciated. We loved the breakfast, and the avocado was a great addition.

Kettle in the room would have been good. Parking is a huge issue at this property, we parked in the public carpark for one night due to there being no availabile parking key for us to use the hotel parking. Once we got the key on the second night we should have been warned, the parking is up a farm track and in a field up a steep concrete road which you will easily scrape your front bumper going out unless you have a high vehicle. We scraped our Ford hire car on the front bumper. Due to this it actually would put us off booking again.

first of all, the staff is really amazing and welcoming, ready to help you when you ask. this is the main reason i am giving it a 10. i stayed in room son poc, the room was big and comfortable. the breakfast doesn't have many items, but those it has are good, especially homemade cakes.

the wifi had really bad signal, especially in the room i've stayed. it didn't bother me that much, but if you need wifi take this into consideration. the bathroom doesn't have a door, just a curtain. i didn't have a problem with it, but you've been warned :) .

The location is gorgeous. The staff is so polite and helpful and nice! The room and hotel in general are impeccably clean and very pretty. The room was also very spacious. Breakfast was nice. I loved the fact that breakfast started at 9 and lasted until 11, finally a place that didn't make us wake up early on holiday! Would recommend this hotel.

Really not a fan of the lack of privacy in the shower / toilet. The shower I can maybe understand but the toilet really needs some proper walls. The mattress was really hard and I'm not sure the fridge was working, it was cooler in the room if we left the AC on :) but none of this spoiled our stay, just details

We had a really lovely stay in Es Corte Vell. The hotel was amazing and so were the staff. It was also nice that there was a parking exclusive for the hotel.

Our room was located by the reception so we can hear everyone coming in and out and the talks from outside. As an adults-only hotel, it would be nicer if the room was soundproofed a little. The breakfast was always the same. It would be nice to have different selections on some days and have other options for breakfast. Overall, we were still happy and enjoyed our honeymoon and we will consider coming back again.

The property was the perfect size for a quiet getaway. Clean, lovely, and great all around for a short stay.

The WiFi did not work, whatsoever. It seems unfair to list Wifi as an amenity when it was entirely not functional. It caused quite an inconvenience when we had a work call To take, and couldn’t connect and had to leave the property and drive to Palma for a stable signal. Despite all the staff trying and different networks and passwords, it did not work. The hotel should invest in a technician or new device and network in order to fairly list wifi as a property benefit.

The service was perfect, due to Es Corte Vell having 10 rooms it meant that the pool was usually quiet. Allowing for a great and peaceful time lounging by it. The services from Inés and team was spectacular, always very attentive and super keen to help with booking local restaurants or recommendations for where to go for drinks in the evening. Couldn’t recommend more!
