they had the room ready for us when we arrived and we arrived a little early staff where very cheerful and polite and jolly we had a choice of which floor we would like as there was seven floors we choice the 6 floor it had great view we had breakfast on the last morning and it was fabulous as we was departing till late that day and was able to leave our suitcases in a secure storage until we departed later that day which gave us a day where we could enjoy our last day in berlin then pick our cases up later the hotel bar and the lounge area was clean and tidy the bar staff was very polite and even help us with the german language which I new none but my partner new some but it was nice to learn some better ways of saying things thanks to the staff if I visit berlin again I would definitely choice that hotel again just a wonderful 4 nights at the hotel thank you to all the staff there

Close to u ban station... There is everything you may need around... The team is very friendly and helpful... If you buy breakfast it can be a delicious option. If you're in Berlin, you should know that there are definitely better breakfast options. We had the opportunity to try the hotel breakfast on the last day of our holiday.

We can only say that it is a little far from the center. We had to make a lot of transfers while going to some places. We are pleased that Berlin has many metro and tram lines. It would be nice to have a mini fridge. We prefer split climate control.

Clean and new , good location .

There were no toothbrush and toothpaste, breakfast is for 16€ and it really poor.

Very nice stay, definitely added to my list of Berlin favs! Spacious room, very clean, good mattress. Staff was fantastic and always extremely helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. Great location, a few steps from the U3 station, walking distance from zoo/KaDeWe/Fuggenstrasse Great brunch options around the hotel, within a 5/10 mins walking radius

Quite frankly was a very good stay, no real problems. An improvement could be to have 24hr vending machines that accept payment other than coins, and at times it appeared a bit understaffed, when the staff had to man bar and reception at the same time, but never even close to being a problem. Toiletries could be improved as well

I was booking 3 rooms few weeks in advance, for an Euro Cup match and this hotel was one of the cheapest in Berlin - I still can't believe that, cause the quality is pretty high and I know much, much worse rooms were much more expensive. The staff was quite helpful (apart from asking them about the available parking, they seemed irritated) and efficient, check-in and check-out processes ran smoothly. The hotel itself seems new, rooms are very nice and I'd even say leaning towards the luxurious. The hotel is located next to the subway station and the connection with the city centre is great. I'd definitely recommed, not only this one but other Premier Inns in Berlin too (I use quite often the one next to the ex-Schonefeld Airport and it's great).

The only downside was the breakfast, which we had to pay extra for. The choice was not very good, it seemed limited and unappetizing. Scrambled eggs looked and tasted truly horrible. I regret not choosing some of the nearby restaurants for breakfast.

The location was perfect for our needs with a lot of public connections that allowed to reach many parts of the city very easily. Clean and safe neighborhood. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was not included but we could buy it every morning. The breakfast was very varied in options and all products were of very good quality. While it was not very cheap, the bonus which we enjoyed was that the children up to 16 years old had free breakfast.

I liked that the staff provided a larger room (after my request) for when my spouse joined - otherwise the first room would have been a bit tight. I was given a wheel chair accessible room with more space during the second part of my stay which we enjoyed a lot. Clean, good WIFI and spacious.

Graciousness and over-the-top friendliness of the staff, particularly the bar/front-desk staff.

Add a regular chair to accompany the desk. The cushy chair was too low, and I ended up sitting on the edge of the bed. This will be more expensive but very helpful: add a digital clock with numbers that can be seen in the dark. I'd like to have had a workout room.

-Some confusion with the key and room at check in -A/C rather ineffective -Breakfast room a bit too crowded in the peak season -Room is possibly a bit too budget-hotel-looking for the price

It's a very solid choice for hotel. Facilities are nice and it is good value for money. Rooms were very nice to sleep in and I would recommend this hotel for exploring Berlin.

The room was a little on the small side. I found the reception staff to be a bit indifferent but that is standard fare in Germany. Getting there took.an hour with public transport from the airport.
