I liked the location of a hotel. It's 3-4 minutes of walking from 2 metro stations (Anjos and Arroios). I was able to reach the hotel via Uber by paying only 5 Euros from Terminal 2 airport. A lot of supermarkets and restaurants are in the same vicinity. I was able to walk to the old town centre by 25 minutes walk. Joanna from Reception was superb and very helpful. Joanna explained all touristic sites with a lot of enthusiasm. She was the best. Rooms are clean. 🛌 and pillows were soft and comfortable. Breakfast choices were also great and healthy.
The shower 🚿 area in the bathroom is super small. It is very difficult to go in and out of the shower area.

Hotel - value for money. Rooms well furnished with enough space, also very clean. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety to choose from, clean. Staff very professional, friendly and helpful. They answered every question we had, gave us some good advice on moving around the city and arranging for shuttle service. Everything with a smile and with best possible option for the guest. Location - metro station in front of the hotel. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent. The driver was super helpful, polite and professional (helping with luggage, making sure we get to the right terminal, big and clean vehicle, honest-when we wanted to pay at the airport, he reminded us that we had already paid for that service through the hotel the day before). Overall excellent customer experience.

It was very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We had to leave early before the free breakfast started and they packed us each a box at 6:00 am.
We had asked for an accessible room when we booked with booking.com but that information wasn’t passed along but they did everything they could to accommodate our needs.

Nice, clean rooms and good breakfast with plenty of options. The location was also nice, very close to the metro station and 20 minutes walking to the city center.
The staff was a little slow, it took very long time to check-in.

I recently stayed at the Empire hotel and I was pleasantly surprised how lovely the hotel was for a 3 star rated hotel . I would rate it 4.5 easily . The rooms are very nice , spacious and have those rain showers installed that will always make you rebook in the future . I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again . Travel Tip ..Take the red line metro from the airport [ Direction Sao Sebastian ] Get off at Almeda station and change to the Green Line [ Direction Cais De Sodre ] and get off at Arrois stop . The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the station . Very handy .
No issues . Everything was perfect .

Weeks before arriving at the hotel, the staff contacted us to inquire about the purpose of our visit to Lisbon and whether we needed advice on what places to visit and what clothes to take with us, since we were not sure what the weather would be like there. Since it was a mini-vacation with my husband for our anniversary, the hotel prepared a pleasant surprise of balloons and rose petals in the room upon our arrival. This really surprised us. During our entire stay at the hotel, the staff were very polite and pleasant. We could easily leave our suitcases in their storage while we were waiting for our room and also left our luggage when we had already checked out of the room, but there was a lot of time before the flight. We didn't regret booking our stay in Empire Lisbon Hotel
I wouldn't say that there was any specific thing that we didn't like. The only one I would say is that it would be great if there would be a smart TV instead of regular, but that's it

A very good hotel for a stay of a few days in Lisbon. It is located in an area relatively close to the city center, near a metro station and several bus lines with which you can reach any part of the city very easily. The hotel staff is very kind and solves all the problems you encounter. During this stay, I had a large, clean and spacious room equipped with a sofa, although I saw the simple rooms, which were smaller. The breakfast was very good, although not very diverse, but for a 3-star hotel, it was very good. In the end, my stay was very pleasant and I agree with this hotel for the price-quality ratio, top marks.
Everything was fine

Location is good, there is a metro station in two- minutes walk. The hotel is not far from the center and the airport, so taking Bolt taxi is not expensive either. There are supermarkets next to the hotel, also some other shops. The hotel is new and clean. Our room was spacious, it was cleaned every day, even bedclothes smelled nice and fresh all the time, the staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Breakfast could have been better. There was a variety, though everything was the same every day ( I stayed for 3 nights), fruit juices were all too sweet for me, though there was some tasty pastry.

August 2024
Room was very clean, and breakfast was excellent, location was good, but parking is an issue, the Hotel should work out some deal with the private parking company for a discounted rate for customer's, safety of the vehicle etc...
The staff on our arrival date on the August 11th from Albufeira was not too pleasant and immediately ask me to pay for the Hotel stay, I told her i paid in full upon reservation back in March and she did not research the reservation proper until few minutes later, that made me feel a bit unwelcome, by the way we were not even greeted upon arrival; little things do matter in the Hotel Industry, I hope you agree. No orientation to the Hotel or any areas around to the hotel, if i did not ask where was breakfast served they would not told me. The kitchen staff had a very bad fight and argument while we were having breakfast and my daughter got a bit scared.
