The early check in was very much appreciated . We drove to town for a memorial and we were thankful to be able to get settled and freshened up before the service in a clean room.The breakfast was with good with several selections. The pool was smaller than anticipated but they have a sign up sheet and follow the safety guidelines with occupancy. The location was perfect and close to mall and local neighborhoods. The staff very accommodating to our needs.

The hall smelled of old smoke. I sprayed lysol a few times in and out of our room. We were close to the side door so it may travel in while guests are outside.

Two of the staff members were so friendly and helpful! These young ladies greeted us with big smiles every time! There was a good selection for breakfast, and the room was cleaned daily.

The Continental Breakfast was really good. The service was friendly and warm. When I walked in to the room it was clean and cozy. The purpose of my stay was understood and completely satisfying.

I didn't like that the pool was closed. Other than that, there was nothing that I have any complains about. I was just thinking when I was going to plan my next trip.

The location was great, the timing for the amount of people, that the food was being empty quickly and the coffee. Sausages and pancakes was enough, bread , oatmeal, bagels, yogurt eggs stay empty. It was just a day of early hunger.😀

That’s can only come from seasonal advents to judge what more is needed.

The bathtub/shower could use an extra bar. The one placed where it is is not sufficient. Also, it would be better if the dispensers for the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, are either on the side wall, or the back wall, rather than on the front wall, because one has to stand under the showerhead to use them.

Only thing was that one night during our stay the fire alarms kept going off. Other than that nice place to stay.

The pool was good enough to do laps in; the room was comfortable and the bed excellent. Quiet even with a hotel full of teenagers! Coffee was top drawer, although breakfast was a little limited; understandable post-COVID.

The only major complaint was that we had to pay for parking!!! Com'on, why be so cheap? How else do people arrive at a motel....by helicopter or horse-drawn carriage? We were not advised of this fee ahead of time (like where would we park?) Disappointing. Elevators were also slow and not adequate to traffic.

Half and half for coffee……..I don’t like those little creamers, they are oil……not dairy. I’m not a health nut, but I won’t use them. I asked for half and half one day and was told not today. Oh well.

Room service was very slow... had to request linens repeatedly.... .room lacked essentials...paper towels, furniture was of poor quality Pillows were poor standard Room service tried to enter with their key while I was in room

.Extremely friendly staff. Cleanliness of the room passable. Had a coffee machine, but no spoons to stir..left it alone. Reservation was for 4 people..4 towels, but three washcloths and 3 hand towels. Only 3 pillows on each bed. Huge draft coming from under window..definitely made our feet cold while playing cards. Might stay there again. All in all..not bad

Pool tile. Looked like a replaced area by the gym window. One of my group slipped and fell on her face. No, she didn't want to report it. Other tile was a rough texture..this area was smooth. Wet feet, smooth tile..not good.
