The following is both what i liked and disliked: The mirror light in the bathroom was broken and the coffee pot wasn't working properly. However, everything else for the most part, was fine. Because we take frequent trips we've stayed in multiple comparable cost/amenities as Crowne. Beyond the expected cleanliness, nice linens and a breakfast buffet, It's difficult to really distinguish a hotel within this price range. We did have a stay with one hotel that had a coffee bar set up on a 24hr basis. We even stayed at a Red Roof that had a small 24hr coffee station. The Crowne staff hostess for breakfast and I had an issue with the breakfast tickets. I had them, there shouldn't have been any discussion but, there was. It however, was resolved quickly. The breakfast buffet layout could be more organized and in a better location in the restaurant. The Crowne staff in general were lovely, but, my overall assessment was that Crowne was not exceptional. Michele Friedman

Sorry, 1 other observation and comment. Beyond receiving a key at check-in, I was annoyed to need breakfast tickets and another trip to the front desk for a gym pass. Too much stuff. Every other hotel streamlines checking in and getting to the room and not requiring guests to carry more stuff around. I have dissected this stay and it sounds as if I didn't appreciate what the hotel did offer. The stay was fine.

I did not have the breakfast, but had dinner; french onion soup, it was good, but broth was a little darker than I prefer, shrimp caesar, the shrimp was not fresh, but the rest of the salad was good, french fries and cheeseburger, i ate some of the fries, they were good. The facilities were very nice, especially the first and ground floors. Very large hotel.

When we got off the elevator on the 2nd floor, it had a bad smell in the hallway. Smelled like a sewage or something close. The room was good, shower could have been cleaner, mildew in corner of walk-in-shower. I did inform the front desk of the smell in hallway and was offered another room on the 3rd floow, which i declined. Just bringing it to someone's attention. The front desk staff was very nice ; customer focused and helpful.

The check in and check out process and staff were excellent. Room was fine overall.

The drain in the sink was not properly vented and made a very loud noise when water was draining. Could hear the ice machine. Cleaning person came and knocked on the door an hour and a half before we had to check out to tell us she was ready to start cleaning. We had had a late night and weren’t ready to leave yet!

Breakfast was typical of low-budget hotels. Location ok.

Add some personal items to your kiosk besides snacks and drinks…i.e. Tylenol, ibuprofen, toothbrush/toothpaste, antacids, comb. Also, have a safe in the room and a mini-frig. Add a bar or two in the bathroom; there is no place to hang wet towels or anything one rinses out.

I like how nice and helpful the staff was.

The weekend I stayed there was a soccer tournament and so many kids. It was extremely noisy. I know the hotel can’t do anything directly but telling those families to have their kids keep an inside voice because of other travelers would have been nice. I also didn’t like that their wasn’t room service.

The hotel was clean and tidy.I liked the overall ambience of the reception as well as the rooms . The breakfast was also very good

There shower head was kind of shaky so also the faucet that operates the shower . There was also fresh caulking around the bath tub that did not dry up that would cause a potential risk /

Elijah of the front desk was very helpful with getting us into a room early since we drove down front New York City. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was good as well.

For the price we paid, I thought we at least would have complimentary things like Toothbrushes, shower cap, slippers.. there was no pool.

The location was great, the rooms were clean and comfy and the hotel staff were very accommodating when we needed an place to cut a birthday cake. Akeem was so polite and attentive, honestly one of the best customer service I’ve experienced.

There was no fridge in my room, but as I had booked a few rooms since we traveled in a group, it was not a major issue. I used another rooms fridge for the night.

It was nice. I like the couch and table in the room. Comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with the soaps and mirror. A lot of times, hotels don’t smell nice, but theirs was pleasant. No odors.

Not enough towels for 2 days without room service.

Ackeem is my all time favourite. he makes my stay the easiest. i will never tell you enough about him. he's gone up and above to make our stay great. he is an absolute asset to your business. he is the reason i keep coming back. i won't stop mentioning the barman for his excellent service, the lady in the breakfast restaurant, very nice and sensitive to all everything. love her. she's amazing and caring. the older guy at reception who checked me in was great. (forgive me for forgetting the names)

The peace. the friendly staff, and definitely the rooms. i also like the fact that you have an emergency telephone on each floor. i didn't use it but was impressed
