The place is exceptionally clean and the reception staff are almost all top notch. The bed was super comfy with unusually good quality linens. The room really is a suite with a kitchen. No plastic cups, only real glasses. I would have loved to stay longer. Parking area felt super safe. Restaurants and stores galore nearby.

The night guy never informed the day staff about my wake-up call, so I did not receive it. I wouldn’t have needed it, but had left my phone in the car. Shower pressure was not great, with small shower head. I was very surprised about that. Also expensive, but I suppose the superior and very new facility was the reason.

All of the staff were friendly, helpful and kind and the rooms are clean.

but I was told that the water would be turned off for a few hours during the day and that definitely was annoying and in the way but we made through. Also the toilet handle just stopped flushing in both of our rooms so I had to lift the top of the toilet. I called down the day of checkout become it was so late at night but they just say alright. Anyways I enjoyed my stay other than the few annoyances.

Staff was amazing. Especially Cloe and Hector at breakfast lounge. Because of our religion we can not eat pork or porky staff. Cloe showed us what can we eat one by one and hector cleaned the owen for us not to eat pork-buttered omelette. I thank you so much guys. They are so friendly as well. Rooms are great. We will definitely come again in our next visit.

Furnitures are a little old and you have to search for power plugs for charging our electrical stuff.

room was large with a master bedroom that you can actually close the door, Had a living room with sofa couch my children loved. had a indoor pool.

the families that let their children run up and down the hallways all night and day with out the staff making them stop, 4-10yr olds, also they were unsupervised in the pool and my family had to leave because they were being rough with my 3 1/2 year old. Also No Breakfast was offered for free of any kind, was $25 a person

The room was spacious and had a lot of sunlight in the bedroom. Separate living room with a door between the rooms. We traveled with a small cat who thoroughly enjoyed that wide windowsill and sunbeams in the afternoon. Breakfast was better than most. Over the weekend there were a lot of people staying, but up on a high floor where we were it was pretty quiet. Because the living room was adjacent to the hall and the bedroom sat to the back there were no noises through the night. We faced the back of the hotel, so not much traffic. Comfy bed and while the bathroom was not large and the spaces need some updating, overall it was a good stay. Did not use the pool or gym so can't speak to those, but a lot of families seemed to be enjoying the pool as evidenced by the number of littles in beach attire. Lots of water pressure and easy to use shower with ample hot water. Location is minutes from the PA turnpike and other highways which meant we were able to get to places we were visiting easily. Really appreciated the attempts at recycling and using paper and not plastic as much as possible. Suggestion would be that if a renovation is done, put in shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensors rather than using those little plastic bottles. The glass elevators are a cool feature, but the lobby seems much more modern than the rooms, at least where we were on the 6th floor.

The carpet was not entirely clean and I was glad we had slippers as I would not have wanted to walk on it even in my socks. It felt in need of a really good cleaning and possibly replacement, that feel that carpets past their useful life have. In fact, the whole room had an air of being past its prime. When people are staying 3 nights, as we did, more bath supplies should be left. We had to ask for more bath tissues, soap and shampoo as what was left was enough for only two nights for two people. Overall, though, nothing major in the negatives department.

Hotel room was very nice and comfortable. I had a 2 room suite which was excellent and provide nice separate area to watch TV. Staff was extremely friendly. The price for this room was very good and included breakfast. The Breakfast was was awesome and even had someone making great omelets, Pancakes and Waffles. Highly recommend and going forward I will be searching out Double Tree by Hilton in my next travel plans.

The highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet. Well worth the extra $10 when booking. Lots of variety and cook to order omelette/ waffle station. There was also a large bar smack dab in the middle of the lobby that served bar food and entrees as well as drinks.

There was a hallway to our room where they were doing some work and had loose carpet. The gentleman that checked us in did not give us our breakfast tickets so we had to get those the next morning from the front desk before we could eat.

It was comfortable, safe and clean

The kids running around at the time it was a bit noises because of a family gathering in the lobby area. But they was having fun the door a glass Could have been a little more Sound proof. Also at check out we had and emergency which required everyone to leave the building which was done very orderly.

The front desk personnel is very nice and very helpful.

Note, this supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Facilities maintenance is not being kept up with. The hotel has hard water. In order for us to bathe, my husband had to repair a broken shower head because the water was coming out all over the place, curtain was on backward. The light was missing parts, carpet needs maintenance. Housekeeping never came. Despite that, it is fine, just not for that price.

The Suite was fine. The bathroom facilities were fine The amenities were fine. The location was centralized to my needs. The room was quiet and secure.

My only problem is the lighting design. As I get older I find I need more illumination in the places that I stay. That is the only real issue I have with my stay.
