We had a sea view suite with a little kitchenette….up the hill with excellent views over the marina….Large room with ensuite shower and a lovely balcony with table and chairs and also 2 loungers. Air con was fab

The floors were a little dirty and could do with a real good clean. You had to be careful straying away from any food on the balcony as birds always sat with you when you were eating and waited for any chance of a feast. Unfortuately the safe didn’t work and was reported twice but nothing sorted. The apartment did however feel quite safe so it wasn’t a problem on this occasion.

Spacious king sea view room, comfy 4 poster bed, memory foam mattress, golf cart buggy to your room, steep hill, good air-con, nice sunrise/sunset views, large balcony with table n chairs, plus 2 loungers. Small kitchenette with 2 hob stove, kettle, toaster, fridge and coffee maker. Large bathroom, shower door doesn’t close properly. Housekeeping not so frequent. Free water/coffee/hot drinks provided at lobby. Local minivan bus no. 17 to St John’s Ec 3.75 one way, 30-40 min ride, crazy fast, safe and friendly def recommend than getting a taxi. From bus station can take no. 50 to Dickenson beach, no. 22 to Ffryes beach, no. 20 to Jolly Harbour all excellent, take the bus far better than taxi’s and are much cheaper. Hotel opp marina, close to bars and restaurants. Nelson’s Dockyard 12 min walk. Pigeon Point beach 10 min walk. Windward Bay not too far, sea more rougher. 45 min walk to Galleon Beach. Great Sunday BBQ/steel band/sunset views at Shirley Heights USD10 for entry. Stingray City Antigua is a must USD60. Covent Garden supermarket short walk away opens at 8am, takes Ec and USD, bring a bag. Sea view rooms are opposite Club House/Bar-B’s restaurant & bar, loud music is played till 11pm. Whistling frogs are more noisy at night, watch out for massive land crabs in the street, cockroaches and double service tipping at restaurants. Overall pleasant stay, bring insect repellent, suncream and aftersun!

We had booked the King Studio with Sea View. Views were good over Falmouth harbour. We had an external issue with the power to our room. The staff were very responsive ( sorry didn’t get your names ). The fault happened about 20:00, it was dark inside & out so the issue couldn’t be resolved until the morning. The staff helped move us to an Executive Suite ( an upgrade) and we were sorted by 21:00. We didn’t need it but for large groups travelling there are lots of interconnected rooms. Very handy for west side of English Harbour - 10 minutes walk to entrance.

We knew about these points before we booked so we were ready for both. The resort is on a steep hill, as long as you’re fit not really an issue ( and the staff took us uphill with luggage on a buggy ). The resort is close to lively bars & restaurants so handy for food & drink but some noise in the evening - didn’t find this a problem.

I love the design and aesthetic of the room, the colour is amazing very clean warm and boho type vibes which I like very much, I loved the bathroom aesthetic.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no air fresher for the bathroom and also that the shower glass door didn’t close, I had to keep holding it with my hand because it swings into the shower and stays open. I also didn’t like that there was no disposal trash bin in the room or the kitchen I had to use the tiny trash bin in the bathroom, also the fridge in the kitchen didn’t work I realised after putting food in there that went off so I couldn’t put food or drinks in it after discovering that and it also has rust/mold inside it which i have taken pictures of.

The property is beautiful and perfectly situated in walking distance to most of the attractions in the area. My room was clean, cozy, and VERY spacious. The view from MY balcony was 😍😍😍. And the staff? 👌🏾 From check-in to check-out, EVERYONE I came in contact with was helpful, personable and welcoming. Special s/o to Kerryann (check-in), Ms. Tanika (Housekeeping) and Alfonso (all-rounder). 10/10 recommend! I’ll definitely be back!

The property could use a restaurant, even if just for the breakfast. It would also be nice if golf carts could be used for short distances like the beach or supermarket instead of just up and down the hill.

Very nice location pretty much on the Marina. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room had great views over Falmouth Harbour. The facilities within the room were good with a kitchenette area which proved rather useful. A regular bus service was on hand to St Johns township and at a reasonable price. Taxi services were plentiful if required. The location was convenient for restaurants and bars nearby.

The kitchenette area had a two ring hob but unfortunately only one of the rings was working. We reported this on our arrival and although we were resident for three weeks no action was taken to sort out this issue. There was no oven or microwave which did hinder us a little. Also there was no freezer compartment within the 'fridge for ice which was necessary bearing in mind the temperature was 30C degrees each day.

The staff was amazing !!! Every member of staff we came in contact with was extremely helpful. The scenery of the location around the resort was beautiful in addition the resort being eye catching. I loved it. Rooms are really spacious, bathrooms are nice as well. Water pressure great, temperature too. There are restaurants directly across the street which were very convenient, in addition to many others in the area. Pigeon Point Beach is about a 10 min walk which isn’t bad at all. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Everything was amazing except the bed. omg that bed was hard. No other issues

Amazing hotel located right on the beautiful Falmouth Marina ~ ! Fabulous views and truly wonderful service by each and every member of a fantastic staff ! The room was lovely and exceptionally clean. I had a balcony & sitting outside each day enjoying the sights below was a highlight of my trip I will never forget. Accommodations were tops and even during low season, there was much to enjoy & plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. From the front desk to housekeeping to security, everyone was so helpful & willing to ensure my vacation was a memorable experience !

Liked this location for the multiple dining choices within a very easy walk. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Air conditioner leaked condensate badly and made the floor extremely slippery. It was three days after we reported the problem until the technician finally showed up. He did a good job fixing it. The shower door needs at least a rudimentary gasket as a lot of water splashes through the gap. The times the morning coffee in the lobby was available seemed to vary quite a bit.
