Location; staff, ambience, style, friendliness

Food was not as good as other similar Caribbean venues. No-one expects/want elaborate cooking in the Caribbean, but this felt like very basic food. Under seasoned and fairly unimaginative. Management should tour other venues and compare. Also - wasn’t clear if policy on beach was to allow all comers to use loungers? Didn’t seem like security/staff paid much attention and even children were allowed (albeit they were very well behaved and quiet!). Management should spend a full day on the beach to observe goings on and get a better system in place as it would help staff manage it better.

Excellent Hotel/Resort . Absolutely amazing . We were treated so well by all staff members . Wesley went above and beyond for us. A true professional and the personality of a star. All of the meals were amazing . Great location and loved the private beach and pool. I would highly recommend this resort and would stay here again.

Good excellent - location and staff great

Think the Spa was overstated. Very old black sink for hair - two small rooms sparsely catered for. Hardly a Spa of 2024 standards

Gorgeous suites with private balconies, stunning quiet beach, beachside restaurant with generous breakfast, excellent a la carte lunch and beach bar service until sunset. Incredible team, went the extra mile on every front.

Lovely place. Full of history. The staff were excellent, and we really enjoyed our meals at the Boom restaurant.

We stayed in a loft suite. It was a lovely room, with a great view of the harbour. The only slight problem was the lack of sound proofing. We could hear every word spoken in the room next door. Not great at 2am! Also, the chap that runs to boat across to the Boom restaurant and back has “0” personality. Bordering on rude. We tried to chat to him, but he was only interested in his phone.

Fabulous hotel in a great location with staff that could not be more friendly and accommodating.

The grounds was beautiful!!! The rooms were beautiful!!

I stayed during a holiday. All the locals were right outside my “ocean view” which was very expensive! So I asked to be moved to a more beautiful room “garden view” more expensive and the window 🪟 in our room EXPLODED into a thousand pieces as if someone shot at it!!! The staff cleaned it up but no compensation or discount on the room upgrade and we tipped their staff VER WELL! The manager could’ve waved the fees for changing our room especially since the window shattered and I cut my baby toe!😢

This was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in - the friendly helpful staff, wonderful setting and excellent food made for a magical stay.

We can't identify a single thing which we didn't like!

Beach cabana right on the water was exceptional. The bay, the views & the water were just fantastic. Overall the food was also great, including the option to switch dinner for lunch (half-board) & head to local restaurants in town

The food was excellent but the range was relatively small, so after a week you had more or less had it all! The hotel & the surrounding area were very quiet - so you need to be looking for a tranquil holiday or else make your own entertainment!

Very nice hotel but I think the staff lack training. Great location and good facilities which we used. Linen and beds were good. They gave us the reduced room offer without quibbling at the end and reception was v helpful in arranging taxis and a great trip to stingray city.

Other guests were unhappy about the main restaurant being closed due to low numbers and sometimes the food was a bit indifferent compared with some great restaurants in Falmouth. We had hundreds of mosquitoes in our room on arrival and the door wouldn't lock and shut. Had to call twice to get fixed. Internet was very poor the whole time and they didn't seem very keen to get it fixed. It is non existent in room 18.
