Great floorplan for the room. It is bigger than the pictures show, 322 SF. It was more like a studio apartment. I loved that it had a separate room for the toilet and another one for the shower and sink. It also had a night light in the bathroom. I LOVED that. I always stumble around in the dark in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. I wish more hotels had nightlights. The breakfast and breakfast room was well equipped. We also had a surprise visit from a buck 🦌 and 2 doe whitetail deer when we were parking the car. I was surprised to see them so close to the city. Thank you for the enjoyable stay! I would stay there again.

It was all GREAT!

My family of six had a great stay! The room was spacious and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a variety of options, which is something you don’t always find at other hotels. Plus, the price for the room was very reasonable. Overall, we were really happy with our experience.

The only thing I didn't quite like was the traffic around the hotel area, but it wasn't too bad overall. San Antonio is a big city, so I can't complain much about that.

I loved our room with a seperate toliet from the shower area. I love that it had a bath tub and a nice breakfast every morning.

I called for service and they came later when I had to do a zoom call they didn’t come back till the next day but still didn’t vacuum some powdered cereal that spilled on rug. also, first night I asked for a new coffee maker that seemed to be missing a part. it was never addressed. couldn’t get anyone on guest service line. finally I saw a cleaner across the way and he exchanged the pot for me. the new pods don’t fit the machine I had. that was the problem.

Very clean and beds comfortable

I booked three rooms at once under my name. When my son arrived first he was not able to check in…I was in flight and when I tried to call the front desk I couldn’t locate the desk number in the website or internet anywhere. I got a worldwide reservation system which was extremely frustrating and totally useless.

Breakfast was excellent and location was very accessible. Enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom is set up weird the toilet and shower are fine but the location is weird right in front of our beds. Plus the vent didn’t work so everyone could hear when someone was in the toilet so we had to increase the volume of the tv. Never seen such a weird location for a bathroom.

Brittany,Front desk was absolutely exceptional , She helped Me, answered all my questions, her customer service skills are fantastic . Hotell itself was Great, rooms were clean, all the amenities were on point. We will be booking with this Hotel again

My family enjoyed everything, no complaints

Because I was a diamond member he said we could have two drinks--coke or water. If that weren't pathetic enough I said coke and he said they were out of coke so I said water. If that isn't disgusting enough, when he went to get my two water bottles out of the cooler, I could see lots of cokes in bottles. I think what he was out of must have been cans. I was floored. Wow, being a diamond member certainly does have the perks. And I had to wait for this astounding service. Nobody was at the desk when we arrived and we arrived at 3:10. Check in is at 3:00 or after. We were third in line and no one had been helped. After all of this was over, we wanted very much to leave but didn't have reservations anywhere else.

I thought the breakfast was great, especially the cinnamon waffles. The kids enjoyed the pool. The lady at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. Easy enough access to several restaurants.

The beds were hard. The air conditioner wouldn't regulate. The bathrooms have glass doors, so the light blinds everyone at night when you have to go to the bathroom.

Close to our destination Fiesta Texas

Some guests were too loud and kept running around. We were on 2nd floor and the other guests were just above us and they were running and jumping keeping us awake after a tiring day at theme park. Closure of the road making difficult to leave or enter property.

Very fast check-in. Big room, very comfortable, loved the separate bowl / shower bathroom. Bed extremely comfortable. Chose this hotel specifically for the indoor pool, absolutely zero issues with it. Seen some reviews complaining about the hotel being difficult to get to, which is not true unless you are not paying attention to the directions provided.

Cost seemed high but stands to reason being a weekend room in a highly sought after location.
