the girl desk clerk we called the night before and spoke with someone who could not answer a simple question can we check in early. We took a chance and arrived and she greeted us with a smile, and checked us in after long travel. I have stayed at many properties, she didn’t question us or anything just checked us in. When we walked into the room we were amazed it was fresh as soon as we opened the door. Big room even had a couch and extra tv. The room was immaculate and very clean. The service we were provided was above and beyond. We really enjoyed it.

Last night had a little towel issue as we only wanted an additional one for my wife to wash her hair, was informed we had to turn in all towels just to receive on extra. It was more of a scolding than reciting a policy. The guy in the evenings is not as pleasant as the other staff encountered. Says if we did not like this policy we could speak with the manager.We still enjoyed everything, management should loosen grip on the towel policy.

Tucked away near the Medical Center in Northwest San Antonio. Near lots of shopping and restaurants. Minutes from Fiesta Texas except that there is lots of construction happening on Loop 1604 in that area that slows things down to a crawl. We were able to access Andretti cart racing and Top Golf using back streets rather easily. Our room had a King and a Queen beds separated by a doorway for privacy. The TV remotes only accessed the Live TV channels but they had a good variety of stations to watch. The continental breakfast was limited but OK. There was sufficient parking. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again!

I like the breakfast eggs, sausage, beans, tortillas, orange juice, yogurt. I like pool area water was clean and good amount of chroline. The price was fair and location was decent. Parking was easily accessible to either going in to front or back door. Room was nice beds were super comfortable. Staff was friendly.

I didn't like the temperature of the pool water it was very cold. Plus the swimming pool pool lights didn't turn on. Wish there was a hot jacuzzi there to warm up. Didn't like I ask one of the workers their for more towels and toilet paper they said they were going bring up and they never brought up to room. Also, the plugs to tv, fridge and microwave weren't plug in so we had to be tech specialist and troubleshoot the problem. Very hot in hotel lobby area seems like they didn't have the AC on. Very tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner should be bigger bottles or have bottles set installed in every room in the shower area. The AC was a little tricky had to keep lower it seem have trouble turning and staying on but I was not hot in the room.

I was chosen to have a suite since looks like the employees get to do that. The girl who chose me actually checked me in and was so nice, professional and direct. Shout out to her for that. I didn't get to get her name but just want her to know I appreciate it so much.

Breakfast could be better. Gravy was super salty like no edible. Also, the sausage links available were kind of cold. t really could be a lot better.

The hotel was clean. Continental breakfast was great. The staff very kind and prompt to respond. The pool was well maintained.

Everything was really good. Nothing to complain about. Great service. I even had help from the staff when making my waffles for breakfast because I didn't remember to turn the machine upside down. One of the guys that work there came and turn it for me without telling me. I thought that was really nice of him.

Best Western is usually one of the best for the price. And this one did not disappoint, and actually when above and beyond expectations, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Everything was clean. It was awesome

I wanted to let the facility know I forgot to before we left the lock on the bathroom. Is malfunctioning if you close the door even without locking it? It's kind of hard to open it, without messing with the lock a little bit.

It was a nice hotel in a calm area, easy check in and check out, and we enjoyed having breakfast downstairs every morning. The man in charge of the kitchen and breakfast was very attentive and sweet.

While I was waiting to check in a man was complaining about there being bugs and roaches out by and in the pool, and I didn’t like the way the front desk was responding to him. They were rude and just dismissed him, and they could of easily said “sorry, yes we’ll try and do something about it asap” but they very rudely said “yeah well the pool is outside and we obviously can’t control the bugs out there”. That made me not want to go ask the front desk for anything throughout our stay, and I didn’t even bother going down to the pool.

The price and location was amazing overall the staff was really nice had everything you needed!

Upon taking a shower, I noticed a lot of the Towles had long black hairs! They definitely didn't belong to either me or my best friend as he's a natural blonde, and my hair is currently bleached! The breakfast was a really nice bonus, unfortunately it was so bland, unbelievable, tasteless

After traveling over 4 hours, being greeted and checked in by Kandie was exactly what we needed. She is a sweet, but sassy ball of energy and has top notch customer service. She personally made sure we liked our room before we got settled in & I loved that. I observed her interaction with other guests and it was so genuine and kind. Customer service is becoming a rarity and Kandie is a gem who has true customer service down. The property is clean & in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved the first night we arrived at the front desk clerk, Iris was so friendly, helpful, and funny. We arrived in the late hours, and to hear such a friendly person with TONS of energy just made me so happy. She even remembered about my daughter a couple of days later, going into labor the night we checked. She asked about her and my new grandchild, making me feel so touched. The gentleman in charge of breakfast and other gentleman front desk clerk was also very friendly.

I am pleased with our stay except for the other front female desk clerk who seemed bothered by her customers. Not friendly at all. I would have given the hotel a 5 star, but her customer service was not what I was expecting.
