I went to stay in this hotel again. RAINTREE I have a long list to tell about this hotel. Let us talk about the good things first. I liked only one person in this hotel, whose name is ANJALI. That girl is very nice. She is a girl with rules and regulations. She is an understanding girl and I did not see any such staff there. One who understands things. What I didn't like about there was that. I had ordered some things from housekeeping which did not arrive for a long time. Then after that I told ANJALI that ANJALI provided those things within 5 minutes. Because of which I liked only one girl in that hotel, ANJALI. I hope she gets promotions very soon.....

I would like to express my satisfaction with the service provided by Raintree Rolla Hotel during my recent stay from 26th to 27th of March. I made my reservation through booking.com and was impressed with the location of the hotel, which was only a five-minute walk away from Sharaf dg metro station exit 2. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed by the reception staff in a professional and respectful manner. The reception area itself was also impressive. The room I stayed in was very clean, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I must commend the management for providing excellent service, and I would gladly recommend Raintree Rolla Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay. My baby and I were thrilled with our experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. Property is ideal for Leisure and business stay where i stayed almost 3 weeks . And Mr Tasleem at the front Desk is always there at your assistance providing the outstanding service and giving the guest an experience that a 4 star Rated Hotel should have . I Would highly recommend staying in Raintree

We are very much happy on hotel location, surrounded by local market, restaurant and easy access to metro station to enjoy the country's landmarks. will wish to suggest hotel accommodations to friends and family for the future comfort.

You can find anything near the hotel, including a supermarket, stores, and a railway station, making it simple to go anywhere. The area is also extremely safe. The room is clean, and the coffee and tea amenities are replenished daily.

Many nightclubs and discos near hotels can be noisy till early in the morning and make people feel uneasy about leaving the hotel or going out because there are so many young men standing in front, almost drinking.

Reception team was very good I didn't see her name it's 4 time during this month but she not put name tag anyway she's Philippines lady she did my last 4 time check in she is so kind and the bellman he's very helpful and polite thanks for the management to choice front office team

My experience was very good, most importantly Mr. Tasleem from the Reception team has been very supportive, and he has provided a praiseworthy service in addition to his team. Also Girish from bell desk has been more than cooperative and helpful in all ways.

At night time one receptionist a female staff with wearing specs i forget to ask the name of that female receptionist always she is very calm and helpful. Also the clean of rooms and the beds its always ultimate in raintree rolla.. valuable for money

We are not happy with the receptionist rude behavior whose name is lawara. She never smiles with customers and talks like with us in angry mood This is our second experience with her Another receptionist whose name Anjali was attended with a smile and explained everything in a smooth manner
