I recently stayed at the hotel and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the receptionists, Hussain and Sharjeel. They went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and efficient, answering all my questions with a friendly smile. Hussain was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, providing me with great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Sharjeel, on the other hand, was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their teamwork and positive attitudes truly made me feel welcomed.I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay. I will definitely be returning, thanks to the fantastic hospitality

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience, particularly thanks to Hussain, the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He made the check-in process seamless and even took the time to provide me with helpful local recommendations. His professionalism, paired with a warm and friendly demeanor, truly set the tone for my stay. It's rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home, but Hussain certainly did. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but it was his exceptional service that made my visit stand out. I’ll definitely return, and I hope Hussain is there to greet me!

I liked the facilities at the hotel The claypot had exceptional food and the hurdle bar was a great way to entertain guests after a long day of touring Dubai . Rooms were clean and tidy on arrival

The breakfast staff need to be more polite and professional. We understand that there are specific timings for breakfast however one should practice being kind when asked about something. I witnessed an indian male staff while closing up the buffet be so rude to another tourist and I felt that was uncalled for . The female staff was exceptionally professional, helpful and kind the way one should be . Keep it up girls 💪👍🌸

Location is the best for reaching most places in Dubai. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and did an excellent job. Rooms were spacious and perfect for our family. We had 2 connecting rooms (2 adults and 2kids). We had a great view of the skyline. We will be staying again as location is ideal.

In room facilities-No iron/microwave which was needed with a toddler. Fridge size a little small. The cot we requested for our 13night stay was not given as other people in the hotel were using them. This should be mentioned clearly. However as we had 2 beds in the other room we managed. Food quality of room service needs improvement. For e.g. chips were double fried and hard -was not fresh. This could be something the hotel needs to work on. As we were out in the day this wasnt something we were bothered by as we ate out mostly. Noisy hotel for a family because of the bar/club downstairs. Sound-proofing needed.

The room was clean, well maintained and well fit for one or two persons. However, I would recommend that a thicker black out drape is implemented (especially rooms facing Grand Excelsior Hotel). The selection on breakfast buffet was diverse, tasty. The hotel location is well placed with easily accessible facilities.

Due to its busy location, it can be a bit noisy late during the night (cars honking) especially for those who are there for business purposes.

1. Clean -- thanks to JOSHIM, our room always smells nice. 2. Free water bottles everyday, enough toilet paper to use, towels and bedsheets are changed everyday. 3. Smooth check-in and check out process. 4.We also liked the High So bar, their band, DJ and amazing staffs

1. Elevator is slow. 2. Hotel is far from the metro station. 3.Leak from the washroom faucet in our room 4. NOT all staffs in the front desk are approachable. One indian lady named Karishma has an attitude, she starts to speak Hindi with another indian staff when she just wants to dismiss me. She should learn from Miss Li/Lee from Myanmar when dealing with guests - professional but with a friendly manner.

The breakfast in the hotel has been rich, while the room was cosy and clean. As far as the hotel's location is concerned, it wasn't bad either (the distance from the nearest metro stations is a 20-minute walk). The staff, both at the reception and the restaurant was very friendly. Special thanks to the Duty Manager, Mr. Anu Menon, who was very kind and willing to sort out all issues regarding my accommodation in an efficient and professional way.

The mattress and the pillow of the bed were too soft and hence, not particularly comfortable.

The establishment is perfect in terms of value for price. Staff are kind and polite. My bad rate to staff is only because in May, 1 male receptionist charged me for the room , didn't offer me any payment receipt , and later came up to the room to ask me to pay again. I insisted I had paid already and showed the bank text message. He still asked me to pay again. I replied I would not pay since I saw it was already debited from my account. The receptionist was just worried that the payment would be deducted from his salary and wanted me to pay again instead of checking the POS report. Finally a female receptionist was very professional, checked the POS and extracted my receipt. Confirming that it was actually paid. She was excellent The worst part why I write this review is that after the incident the male receptionist who caused the confusion didn't even apologise and just turned back to his place. To any traveller reading, I do highly recommend this hotel. But I post this review for management to know and hopefully re train this staff to avoid a similar incident to another guest. Thanks

The location is extremely good, 20 minute drive to the airport and nearest metro station is slightly over a kilometre away. Many supermarkets at a walkable distance to grab some quick snacks. Breakfast spread is quite tasty. Room service is fast. They have these meal boxes which come at an affordable cost. Drinks and live music available in the restaurants downstairs. Hotel is catering to mostly Indian tourists from what we observed during our stay there. No major issues. Good place to stay for a week’s stay.

Breakfast variety can improve. Crowd management really needs to improve during the breakfast. Plates and cutlery were missing from the counters for quite sometime. Timings start from 6.30am in the morning. Better to go in early to avoid the chaos. Rooms are slightly small considering the price of the property.
