Now, this is an intersting budget option in Dubai. Its very difficult do find good budget options in dubai in 2025. This is a gem. The rooms are big. Perfect if you share the room with someone. Good fridge in the room. Good internet. Many supermarkets close by. Good room service. Good staff. Nightclubs that are selling beer inside the hotel. Staff is helpful if you need to change room. Good shower and bathroom.

There is some noise from the trafic outside and the nightclub that is downstairs in the bulidning. But you can change room if you need. 15-20 minutes walk to metro.

Always there to assist with the requirements within the property and they’re well experienced with the City knowledge around the Hotel as well to get information about the transportation, shopping and other facilities as well. I stayed almost 2 weeks with my fiance and never had a bad experience in this Hotel since the staff members were always there to assist and helpful. Without doubt I will repeat my stay in this property and highly recommended and value for the Hotel rate to stay. Overall my experience was exceptional.

The staff was excellent especially Mr. Shakeel, Mr. Zakir, Mr. Hussain, Mr. Mohammad Ali, Mr. Nayeb, Ms. Sneha (Reception), Ms. Shirley (Reception), Mr. Sandeep (Reception). Mr. Shakeel and Mr. Zakir were the best out of the whole staff. The housekeeping department was very efficient, punctual, honest, respectful and dutiful. Room service of food was also very good and the food used to come in proper time after I used to order the food.

1) The noise from the Mezanine Floor after 10:00PM daily. 2) There is no coffee shop in the hotel lobby. 3) There is no dinning hall in the hotel.

The check-in process was swift and seamless, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff who made me feel instantly at ease. Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the level of service provided by the hotel's personnel. Each member of the hotel management team was warm and friendly. They were always ready to assist with any request, be it arranging transportation, offering local insights, or attending to any inquiries. The housekeeping staff would clean the room and change towels every day. With its clean and comfortable rooms, attentive room service, and polite and helpful staff, I would recommend the hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable stay at an incredibly reasonable price. The hotel's convenient location, just 10 minutes away from the Metro Green line, made commuting easy, adding even more value to the overall experience.

The lighting in the room. They should change to white LEDs instead of yellow lights.

Walking distance to Al Ghubaiba train station or bus in front of hotel. Many places to eat and shop. Room is clean, spacious, TV, fridge, kettle, complimentary water tea coffee. Young guy on the floor cleaning is very nice, unfortunately didn’t get his name.

Booked 2 rooms for family of 4. Bath tub in second room 411 needs upgrade. Even on 4th floor it is still noisy. Music from night club in the hotel building until very late/early morning.

Very nice hotel with Great location public transport is on door step staff is very helpful even General manager Mr Muktar Khan and shift manager Mr Roshan Jiskani handled and guide personally very helpful, and next time try to stay in this hotel InshaAllah.

Big shout out to SHIRLEY, SAIRA who were very friendly and cooperative. Very good value, strongly recommended, Lastly but not list, the Bus shuttle is available in front of the Hotel. Wonderful stay with exceptional service as always with warm hospitality. This is not my first time and will not be last also, I will visit again

Everything was good

Location f the hotel was very good. It is near to the heart of the city. Price was very reasonable and the staff were very cooperative. They also have a travel desk for arranging tours & packages at a nominal price which was very convenient for arranging our city tour. Nothing much to complain about.

Hotel has currency exchange facility but their exchange rates were higher than normal

Thankful they allow us for late check out, since we arrived late.

I called front desk to request something he told me to call room service direct, room telephone not working only in the bathroom i used. but no one answer and when we request dinner plates it takes long time and gave us paper plates and disposables
