Stayed at the Hind Hotel before and knew what to expect. Love the town centre location and the pubs and clubs and theatre nearby.

The fact that Booking.com has suffered yet another cyber attack and once again can't be transparent and tell their clients the details. Instead all of you customers personal data that you hold is now in the hands of scammers who are repeatedly targeting all of your clients and the people who aren't too savvy are being conned into handing over yet more personal details which lets the scammers empty their bank accounts. As a result of this lack of client care and security, I won't be using Booking.com again and I'm advising everyone I know not to use you. Very disappointed in your approach to customer care which apparently doesn't seem to bother your company. The sooner you're out of business, the better for all concerned.

had a lovely welcome from reception and very helpful loved the history behind the hotel so the creaky stairs was fab loved the feel of the place, the young lady behind the bar was very helpful and very pleasant. our room was not ready when we arrived but this did not bother us as we had never been to wellingborough before so had a very nice walk through the town which we found very nice. When we checked in and where given our keys the room was very nice , we had dinner which was very nice and hot we waited on our friends whom were staying in the hotel also as they where going santa pod which they do every year but live in spain so we where surprising them which went very well and we all had a smashing night in the hotel the staff very pleasant. very good shower and comfortable bed we had a good breakfast and enjoyed our stay we will be back for sure thanks for a lovely stay.

The only thing was the room was very hot we did have the window open but unfortunatley there was no wind blowing that night. Also not hotels fault but very noisy kareoke going on with one of the pubs at the back

Beautiful hotel in the process of being fully renovated. A little dilapidated in places but has bags of charm. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff both day and night were so friendly yet professional and helpful. They found me a room for an extra night at short notice. If done right, this hotel has the potential to be brilliant.

A bit dusty in the 2 rooms I stayed in ( dust webs), maybe a little more attention to detail and a better finish, and a non-slip bath/shower mat in each room. Trying to have ultra modern rooms in a listed building doesn't quite work. Had 2 great nights sleep in one room, but not in the second, mattress seriously in need of replacing! But then the hotel is a renovation in progress.....

Room was clean, comfortable and a good size. Full english breakfast was hot. Location was convenient for the centre of Wellingborough with shops & pubs walkable and a short taxi ride to our evening destination. There was additional car parking available at locations a short walk away from the hotel at no extra cost. The staff were friendly, helpful & made us feel welcome.

The noise (music) from outside the Hotel wasn't great. However, it was Saturday night, and not the Hotel's fault. The on-site car parking was very tight.

I was very happy with my visit. Our room was lovely and spacious and decorated nicely. I thought it was a really nice touch that they included a little fan in the room as the weather had been warm. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and was accommodating with me and my partner due to returning to the hotel late in the evening because of a wedding we were attending. We had plenty of tea making facilities, and I would highly recommend staying here.

I was very satisfied with my stay, and have nothing to negatively comment on.

Lovely historical building with some modern touches that are clearly being added to. The meals were of a good standard, breakfast was excellent and the afternoon tea was also superb. The bedrooms were a good size, and clean. The highlight of our stay though must go to the excellent staff. All of the staff on duty during our stay were exceptional, very helpful and friendly and they were always happy to assist in any way. If we were ever in the area again we would certainly return.

As the property is positioned on the main high street it is prone to traffic and late night party noise. Unfortunately the Friday night that we stayed, we hardly slept due to antisocial behaviour from drunken and angry revellers who were shouting abuse and screaming at each other in the street. The Saturday night was very different, it was quiet and we could sleep.

The location was great for Santa pod raceway day out. The character of the property was beautiful with exposed brick walls as well as a newly refurbished bar and seating area with pool table etc .. outside drinking, dining area, right in the town centre with lots of shops and other eateries available. Zoe the manager made our stay very very welcome. She was lovely from start to finish.. even brought drinks up to our room and crisps for the children! When the bar was a little busy for us. Family room for 4 215 was fab!

Very friendly staff, even at night. Very nice housekeeping. Right in the middle of the town centre, fairly close to the theatre. Great breakfast, plenty of coffee, and yogurts and fresh fruit available. Lovely old building, had cute Halloween decorations. Very large bathroom. Wonderful large mirror! Decent heating.

Shower was difficult to work. Room extremely noisy, dog barking all hours one door down.

The room was nice & clean and the bed was really comfy. The lady at the front desk Tracy was so friendly and helpful even walked me to the room to show me where I was and how to get to my car.

The restaurant was closed no food was available and as I had two dogs with me that I couldn't leave in the room I couldn't go a wander to find anywhere. The parking is terrible and an alarm went off at midnight nearly gave me a heart attack.

Great location, the staff were really friendly and helpful. A group of family stayed and we booked a table for the evening to celebrate my mother in law's 80th Birthday. The staff were so good, letting us dress the table way beforehand and also go into the room so that we could surprise her as she didn't know everyone was travelling down from North Wales to celebrate with her. We booked our food requests in advance and it was all delicious 😋 They really did ensure we had everything we needed and helped make it a wonderful surprise celebration. Thank you to everyone.
