The staff were so welcoming and really helpful too. There was always someone at the reception and you could get free unlimited hot/ cold drinks in the reception which was a big plus. As expected with central Paris, the rooms are small but comfortable. The location is fantastic and really central. We did a combination of walking and getting the metro to places. Really lovely bars, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The metro is a couple of minutes away as is the canal. I travelled with my female friend and we both felt safe in the neighbourhood in the day and the night.

Great location. The hotel is perfectly located with access to transport and great restaurants at the doorstep. Recommend the wine bar across the street, La Bringue, for a great dinner and drink. The area is more local than tourist. You will find one of Paris' best bakery's, Du Pain et des Idées, just around the corner. The hotel provides a coffee machine down stairs that is accessible 24/7.

No air-conditioning is installed, the room was provided with a fan which was sufficient. Bit of street noise during the night, but that is the price you pay for the location.

The hotel was located in a great area of Paris. It was very close to the metro and the main train stations. The area had excellent food options located nearby. It had free coffee in the eating area. It was a simple hotel better suited for a short stay or if you want a less expensive place to explore the city and you spend most of your time out exploring. The bathroom was well equipped and had all that was needed. The wifi was good and the bed comfortable. Noise levels were fine considering you are in a built up environment.

The hotel was a little dated. There were no tea making facilities or fridge in the room. Coffee and hot water was available in the foyer and as it was winter we could leave milk and yogurt outside as it was cold.

Exceptional service. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. The staff was ALWAYS nice, friendly, and willing to help We wanted to stay closer to the main tourist attractions without spending too much money in accommodation and this was the best place we could stay. Very good value for money for the location. Its es very well connected as there are several metro lines nearby… the neighbourhood is very lively, you have both tourist and local life. With lots of bars, restaurants and open until late. Not busy at all during the nights There is also nice to have free coffee in the afternoons The rooms and installation are as shown in the pictures For sure I’m returning to visit Paris with my partner and will stay here again Merci 😊

There was nothing negative that affected my stay here.

The hotel is very close to a metro and to a market that's very equipped- monoprix. The staff is upmost welcoming and let us leave our luggage before the check in and offered to host it after the check out. We had free access to cold water bottles and hot drinks at any time of day and night, which we really appreciated. The room is a bit small but adequate for our stay. We highly suggest the hotel and the area and we hope to be their guests again soon!

The rooms were really cute, a little small but enough for myself alone! My room was on the 5th floor so I had a really nice view of the streets outside, the bathrooms were good quality and water warmed up super quickly which is not always a given! The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, all knew English too so my bad French wasn't a total disaster! They eventually even knew my room number when I walked in to collect my keys. I really had a good time staying there and would come back again!

It's a shame that there is no refrigerator or kettle in the bedroom, instead you have to make the trip down to the entrance where they offer free bottles of water and hot drinks, but it is a bit of a shlep when you're already in your pyjamas and decide you want some tea!

Room was small but clean and still comfortable. All appliances worked well. Staff were friendly. Also the housekeeping was very good. On the first night, our basin was abit clogged, but the next day after we came back to the room, basin was already cleared, no more clog. He cleared it out without us mentioning about it. Very good 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Location wise.. excellent. Its near the Metro, bus stops, supermarket, bakeries (with awesome danish), restaurant and laundromart.

Staff were friendly and you get free access to coffee machine/water downstairs regardless of purchasing breakfast included, so that was a nice surprise. Room was comfortable and close to lots of shops/ restaurants downstairs

Very very small room. Could have done with a vacuum, as floor didn't feel very clean. Bed sheet were a little brown in areas. Stairs are very steep so wouldn't recommend to anyone with disability's. Shower kept spilling onto floor.

This is not my first trip to Paris, so I am delighted with the big size of the room and the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel is new, every day they cleaned the room and we got new towels. I was most impressed that there is free coffee and water 24/7!! The location is great, there are many bars and restaurants in the area.

Reception staff very rude and not polite. With the exception of one elderly gentleman, the manager met us on the first day and was extremely polite and helpful.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities that were needed. The staff was delightful in making accommodations, giving free water bottles, and also keeping the hotel safe. There was always a staff member on site, and they were all willing to help. There were also complementary hot drinks and pastries throughout the day. The elevator made it easy to move our luggage to and from our room. The hotel was in a great location, and the tourist attractions were only a 20-25 minute metro away, and the CDG airport was a train ride away. There were also some great food options in the area.

Unfortunately, there is no A/C, and there were not enough fans for guests. We were unable to get a fan during our stay.
