The hotel looks quite new and modern, with saunas (wet and dry) at the top floor overlooking the lake nearby. We only stayed for a night but we got to try the sauna. Be prepared to experience it as the Germans do, which is nude (yes, no swimsuits or other clothes on, just a towel to sit on). Of course we were not prepared and we received some "dirty" looks from the locals but... It was an interesting experience. The walk from the hotel to the old city is about half an hour, on a pedestrian pathway by the river of Danube. It is a lovely walk! We found in the room complimentary water and two apples, which I appreciated very much.

We arrived on a Sunday and neither of the two restaurants of the hotel was open. We were told that Booking.com should have informed us about this, but we weren't. So no meals on Sunday at the hotel (except for breakfast).

Comfortable, modern hotel, with very helpful staff, located in a great setting on a small lake with a large park beyond, only about a 10 minute walk through the park to the Danube riverside pathway. The outside part of the restaurant, next to the lake, is very pleasant for dinner and breakfast Very dog friendly: when I arrived, there was a bowl of fresh water in the room for the dog, as well as a food dish and a note to tell me that they could supply dog food if I’d forgotten to bring any.  Free parking about a minute walk from the entrance.

An exceptional breakfast, wonderful location in a place outside of town but perfectly accessible by very convenient and affordable public transportation.

Compared to our previous visits, the minibar has disappeared. The breakfast rolls are disappointing, the variety of fresh bread has been replace by a lesser choice of breads.

Parking was indicated only after asking if the space in front of the entrance of the hotel can be used for this. No indicators to point out that there's no parking lot in front of the hotel. Otherwise everything went smoothly

we were disappointed with the bistro. The food was OK, the servants were kind, but there was no intimate bistro atmosphere. On the contrary there were two bigger parties totally dominating the whole room. We asked to have our dinner at the bar simply to maintain a certain distance to the two parties

Great facility with modern and comfortable rooms, close to the river - direct access to the park and walking areas. Friendly staff. nice view from high floor rooms.

Amazing location and the staff was very helpful. The room with a lake view it’s amazing and the backyard is beautiful. Great breakfast.

The double bed isn’t actually a double bed, there are 2 beds and it’s not so comfortable in the middle.

The on site restaurant(s) are very good - staff are also very professional/helpful and the "new" menu allows a mix-and-match approach to most dishes ..... very innovative. Free parking is available adjacent to the hotel. We had a room overlooking the lake/park which was very quiet and provided privacy.

The hotel is very well located at the border of a small lake in a quit area of Ulm. A warm welcome by the friendly staff leads you to a nice and comfy room with view on the lake. The restaurant offers delicious food and a very good choice of top winery from the region. The breakfast buffet offers more than you can dream of. A very good hotel!
