The outdoor pool, breakfast & dinner, the wide and safe parking place for our new car, which was very important for me. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and money change facilities around and inside at the hotel. The cleaning staff and kitchen staff were very friendly and polite. The wifi was fast enough. They cleaned the room and changed the towels everyday. The photos presented on booking.com- are exactly the same and reliable.

Regularly some young guests made noise, ran and knocked their room doors loudly inside the hotel corridor from evening continuously at the middle of the night and untill the morning. I had to shout and ask them to stop it. The hotel's young, male night receptionist with spectackles ignored to help us and said that we have to tolarate it, because it's normal at the sunny beach. I did not have any objection if the guests make noise at the pool area or outside on the sreet. But come on not on the hotel corridor, disturbing the other guests!!!

Pool was nice and the atmosphere was good. Food was pretty good not a huge choice but what I had i liked. Close location to main strip and free parking :-)

Did not have a balcony as we were directly above the main entrance.

- bar staff :) - large pool - large private parking space - decent breakfast - very good cocktails (try strawberry daiquiri) - good location (short walk to the beach) - hotel is clean - large room (suita) with balcony

- you will need to buy own toilet paper - breakfast can improve (almost every morning you ran out of knives) - shower is leaking

Breakfast and dinner were much better than in previous years. The rooms are large and the staff is friendly. We will visit again next year for sure

We had to find a place, where to stay late in the evening. The receptionist was helpful and quickly took care of all formalities. Room was spacious. Hotel has a nice pool area. We liked the breakfast.

The bathroom was a little lacking in cleanliness.

The location is great, very close the to beach, one corner away from a local bus stop with buses going to Nesebar or Sunny Beach city centre, but still quiet enough, so cannot hear the traffic that much. The staff is super helpful, they prepared some breakfast package in the morning of our very early departure when had to skip the regular breakfast. That was kind gesture. We had a pleasant stay here, I can only recommend it.

The room was not clean when we checked in, but when we asked the cleaning lady, she immediately apologised and cleaned it right away. Overall had no bad experience at all.

Great location, close to the beach,shops and restaurants. Spacious room with god size of balcony. Pool have a good size with inflatebles of various shapes and sizes. Guests can use any for free. Nice pool and reception/hall bar. Good value for money.

This is not 4 stars holet, more like 3 stars. The bathroom need a renovation. Beds bit soft for my taste. Food was good but they should have more variatios.

This hotel is great option is you want short distance to the beach but quiet place , very clean , great value for money place , you can't find better option :)

The food choice could be a little bit better (stayed there few years ago and this has not improved) BUT what is served is really tasty (soups in particular :) )

The shower - water all over the place No drinks at dinner, not even a glass of juice for the kid

The hotel offers reasonable conditions for a stay. We were two people and we booked the room with breakfast. The distance to the beach is about 10 - 15 minutes. Large room with balcony and reasonable equipment. A plus is the hotel's swimming pool and parking lot. Friendly staff, small variety.
