We almost like everything. The hotel is located 7-10 minutes away from the sea, 20-25 minutes away from the center by walk. It's owners are respectful, hotel is clean, food and beverages are good and overall it's decent for it's price. Their employees are also respectful, cute and some of them speaks English quite well. By the way don't forget to speak with their parrot Reya, she is going to like you and speak with you if you talk with her ;) the hotel owners (a lovely couple) definitely doing their best to keep their business well enough, you can see them anywhere anytime around the hotel :) ty guys.

We booked for a week's family holiday in the penthouse two bedroom. We are every night at the hotel as the food was fantastic and very well priced, never paid more than around £30 for a meal with soft drinks. The staff were very friendly and nice and nothing was too much trouble, on the last day they even let us store our bags inside the reception. Would return and recommend this place for an easy going nice family holiday

Nothing not to like

We could choose from 4 options:English breakfast/European breakfast/Omlette as we like /Ham&CheeseToast. Plus 2 type of fruit Juice Coffee Tea. We were full after every breakfast. The hotel has the own restaurant and bar. Foods and cocktails are delicious. Thr staff was kind and helpful . We could play biliard In the backyard there was a small playground for children with trambulin. The pool was okay also so we could relax in the side of it. The hotel has a talking parrot Rea. The hotel itself is appr 8 minutes walk from the beach.

I could not tell any bad thing.

Nice hotel,good breakfast,not to far of the beach,very good food at the restaurant,close to bus station.Anyway we had a very nice holiday.

Our vacation was wonderful! The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes to the promenade and beach. Plus the pool and sun loungers at the hotel. Room was cleaned every day, and we have new towels on each second day. Really great service - people in the hotel and restaurant were very nice. Highly recommend the food in the restaurant - large and very tasty portions l, and competitive prices! Our stay was amazing and we will definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice location, good breakfast, absolutely amazing staff... I could compare with other places in Sunny Beach... Therefore once again... AMAZING STAFF. And parking.

Little outdating facilities, and this place is not perfect for family holiday... The pub belonging to the hotel is little noisy on the evening.

The staff were lovely. The food had a great choice and plenty of it along with great value for money. It’s in a good location, not far from the beach. The bus stop is close by along with loads of supermarkets and restaurants.

The parking at the hotel was limited but we still managed to park on site.

Staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them and were so polite and friendly, food was lovely as well. I really enjoyed my stay!

The only negative thing was no hairdryer in room so I'd bring one,did ask but was busy and didn't get back to me.

Location was spot on with staff all very helpful and friendly. Friends Hotel was nice and quiet and the facilities were good if you wanted to stay around the hotel. The area has good links if you want to get a bus into/out of Flower Street or further afield, and you can walk quickly to the beach as the area is flat for a gentle stroll. There are a couple of big supermarkets for other essentials very close by. The Room itself was comfortable and cleaned daily, beds were comfy and the aircon was included. Fridge was good but there wasnt much more than 2 cups and 2 tumblers. Though it was all that was needed really. Big shower area and plenty hot water as well Pool looked good and sunbathing area was clean and tidy with no annoying loud pool music. Hotel arranged taxi to/from Burgas and it was all hassle free and the drivers on time - so would recommend asking Daniella to arrange those for you.

Had a 2 bedroom apartment and layout was a bit strange having to go through one room to reach the bathroom, chairs weren't that comfy in pool area but that is sum total of my gripes. Neither would put me off booking Friends Hotel again (which I will do soon)

You could not wish for a better host than Danielle and Steve they make you so welcome. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. All the facilities in sunny beach are close by. 👌

Could not fault anything. Booked to go back next June
