-Unable to cancel for unexpected circumstances out of guest's control. -Shower door did not close properly, water came out into rest of bathroom floor, could be a safety concern for possible falls. -No exhaust fan in bathroom or not working. -Some doors (room, closets) did not open properly. -Outlets too far from beds.

Comfortable, clean, good location , rooftop bar with terrace

We received detailed instructions for the check-in process by email. However, we weren't informed that we needed to buzz the bell upon arrival to have the main entrance door opened. Although there is a sign with the name of the property next to the doorbell, we didn't notice it initially and took a little time to figure things out. Since most properties these days offer self-check-in, we thought we were missing a door code to enter the main building. After walking up the hill from the parking lot in the heat, it was a bit stressful. This was a very minor issue, and had we been informed ahead of time with the check-in instructions, we would have been better prepared.

VERY confusing to get into the property! There is no hotel reception/lobby to check in, need to go to 6th floor breakfast terrace and check in .No ice machines. no chairs in room to relax to watch a movie for family of 4- a couch pull out for 2 but rest have to lie on beds or sit on floor - fridge not cold

All staff were extremely kind and always helpful. Breakfast was varied and nutritious and the view while having it was superb. The room was spacious and the main bed very comfortable (the sofa bed not so much but good enough for our daughter and a couple of nights we even fitted leisurely in the big bed all 3). The location is great to access most places by walking (rain permitting) and very well served by public transport.

Our room was right by the check-in desk, which made it a bit nosier than we would have wanted.

Location was very central, walking distance. Great to have a lovely breakfast and greeted by lovely staff especially Theresa who always went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. Nothing was a problem. Bed always made and fresh towels each day was unexpected treat. Rooftop a nice touch. Taxi transfers are easily made with staff at the apartment which is very convenient.

No access code upon arrival although our flight was slightly delayed. Building not very pretty from the outside but as they say it’s what’s inside that’s important.

Very nice apartment with a private terrace and extra outdoor shower where we could sit for a while and enjoy a book, a coffee and the view of the surrounding city. The hosts were incredibly nice, always up for a little chat. On checkout day our daughter was sick and they let us stay on the rooftop terrace a little longer and provided us with directions to the pharmacy and some water and coffee, as well as mental support! The best thing about this place might be the people! ❤️

Great option to stay at Porto down town. The staff makes you feel really welcome and their service attitude is magnificent. The breakfast is also fantastic and the staff is always there to help and support and they also offer to cook your eggs the way you prefer. We fully recommend this hotel and next time we visit Porto, we will book this place again.

We which there could have more USB ports available to charge different devices at the same time.

We were greeted by Ana and Theresa at the property who were lovely. They allowed us to check in early because the room was ready & Theresa showed us up to and around our room and made sure we were happy. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, and very clean. The breakfast was very nice with a continental breakfast and a range of hot food. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we were to come back to Porto.

Excellent breakfast and staff. Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel is centrally located and easy walking distance to most shopping, restaurants, tourist, and historical attractions.

Nothing to dislike, really. Just note breakfast starts at 8am and if you need to leave earlier for a tour/airpport/etc, there is no way to pack an early breakfast to go.
