The location was amazingly convenient. There were two restaurants and a Starbucks close by. Room was clean. Staff was really kind. Breakfast was tasty!

I booked a room for two adults that was supposed to have 2 queen beds. This is the second time that Booking.com has booked a room with a hotel that was not what I reserved. (One king bed instead of two Queen beds). I probably will not use booking.com in the future as I don't get the room I reserve and they confirm is available.

Cynthia was an outstanding desk manager: went out of her way to be welcoming and help us get what we needed. The property is well kept inside and out, and the layout of King bedroom gave the flexibility of a pull-out sofa. The complimentary breakfast was good, housekeeping was thorough, and the location was perfect for us.

Designed with a large AC unit under the window (rather than central air) and no exhaust fan for the bathroom, which makes the entire area humid and part of the room very cold.

My room was not cleaned on the second day of my three-night stay. When I returned to my room in the afternoon, the cleaning person was working on the same floor, so I requested that my room be cleaned. She said "I will do it right away", but the cleaning was not done after all. In the evening, when I informed the receptionist, I was told that she had already gone home. The staff immediately gave me a set of pre-selected towels and I could stay comfortably for the rest of the day. However, it would have been nice if all employees had the ability to operate in English for day-to-day needs.

Handicap parking was good, on a cold day it was nice and warm in the lobby as we checked in, a smooth check-in, clean comfortable room especially the good sleeping beds, accessories such as coffee maker and refrigerator, large bathroom!

More user friendly TV channel finding! Much higher commodes for older people and the public in general! Heat vent in bathrooms and exhaust fans (may not be possible in high rises).

paying an extra $25 a night for amenities, (what the heck does that mean?), paying an additional $10 a night for parking at the hotel on top of the cost of the room and the amenities. I think that's ridiculous!! I had a family member in the cancer hospital getting a life threatening surgery, the only reason I didn't look for another hotel.

It was a clean facility and the staff was very friendly.

I didn't like that there was no visible holiday inn sign at the end of the road, also the road doesn't have a street name sign, so drove past it several times! There could have been more towels and wash rags in the room, we were 3 grown women. And lastly the bed was to high and definitely TO HARD! once we fought our way onto the bed the mattress was like quick sand, you just sank and we stuck! I prefer a much softer bed, we all do.

Breakfast was great. The room was perfect and very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was negative was when I booked the reservation for Saturday to Sunday it was a 159.00 rate. But had to change it to Friday to Saturday and the rate jumped to 205.00. I was too late to cancel and redo it when i noticed. I went in just to check with a new reservation and the rate was $179. I contacted booking with an email and got no response. I called and booking contacted the hotel but they would not change the rate.

The location was close to the hospital in which we were there due to family sickness. The staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. I would recommend to anyone.

I didn't like that there was a daily parking fee. That was new to me especially since we were guests at there hotel.

Convenient location, just off Highway. Visiting our daughter at UNC. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good too. Pretty little bench outside near a pond that we enjoyed our coffee in the morning.

A little tricky trying to get into the turn lane just off the highway though. We ended up having to do a u turn. We also didn’t see the hotel sign , easily missed and had to do another u turn. Had noisy kids at the room near ours. The hotel did ask them to quiet down which they eventually did.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Had to wait awhile for roo, but the person at the desk made sure that I was ok and asked if she could get me anything. Kept me updated on how much longer I had to wait.

I got in before check-in and had to wait a bit for my room to get cleaned.
