Location was perfect. Upgrade was appreciated. Nice walk into town to shops and restaurants. Out the way of the hustle and the rowdy youngsters in the centre. Super clean and the man keeping the paths scrubbed and clean needs a wage increase.

I was in room 252 and the Cockerell next door needed done away with! Two of the staff weren't great. The lady on the front desk was a little argumentative when I said I hadn't had any missed calls "I can prove it to you" she said. I didn't need proof I just didn't have any missed calls. Also breakfast starts at 7am and I arrived at 7.05am it was very difficult to convince him to let me enter.

Beautiful pool and gardens in a great location close to the town centre. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, lots of variety and egg dishes cooked freshly as requested. Dinner was very good too with excellent service from all the staff. The rooms were comfortable but could do with an update.

We managed to get a renovated room , which we were very happy about. It has enough space for 2, the bed is huge and comfy, the airconditioning works well and it's quiet. The room was quiet, we didn't hear the neighbours nor any noise from the garden/pool area. The pool area is beautiful, the water is the right temperature , you have plenty of sunbeds and shades. We liked that the hotel guests were all chilled and quiet , everyone respected the relaxing and tranquil athmosphere. It was only one family with 2 kids, who annoyed everyone with their loud screaming, but thankfully it was only during our last 2 days. Very close to Elche city centre. The restaurant onsite is great, with amazing food.

The renovated room meets the expectation of a 4 star hotel. The old room doesn't, it is only a poor 3star hotel quality with super loud air conditioning, rundown bathroom. The breakfast is basic, every day the same. If you arrive later (in the last hour of the breakfast) you wouldn't find fruit nor avocado, cos they don't refill it, so you'd better be an early bird. The serving at the pool bar was very slow in general

It is a beautiful space by the pool and not overfilled with people. It has nice chill out music played all day, which is really good and helps keep a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at reception were very good, as they let us use the facilities, store our bag, and access the sauna shower when we had a very late flight after check out. Pool bar staff were nice too.

The hotel menu was a bit pricey, which meant that we chose not to eat there. We ate in other restaurants around the area, which were better price or we bought food in the supermarket for lunch etc (100 metres away). The gym is a small room with approx 5 machines max in it.Also, it was not a big issue, but the bedroom was a little dark.

The location was perfect, just 20mins by taxi, there is options for buses during normal hours. As other reviews say the hotel is paradise, the wow factor and more! The pool is stunning and the room was perfect. We arrived late at night and the reception gave us a warm patient welcome and gave us directions to the room, which was located close to everything. We had a few hours sleep then early for breakfast, which was much more than expected. So much choice and is constantly topped up, wide selection of breads, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit etc but also had a hot section that had a small choice but exactly what you needed. Again the staff were so helpful. We spent the day chilling at the poolside surrounded by palm trees, freshly made cocktails and soft background music. The hotel is perfectly located with just a short walk into town for bars and restaurants, nice buzz atmosphere for a Wednesday night. We didn't sample the restaurant food but the couples lunch on the next table looked divine. The room had everything you need for your stay, with extra towels and bubble bath for the large freestanding bath and a small reasonably priced mini bar. Overall we cannot recommend this hotel enough and cannot praise it highly enough, it is more than perfect. Thank you.

Absolutely nothing.

This is a really lovely little hotel with a spectacular pool area and ambiance. The pool is lovely during the day and at night and was no problem getting sunbeds. Pool is a little shallow but still good for dipping. Breakfast is varied and generally was very nice. There is a cat family who wander round which was welcome company for us. Highly recommend room 121, oasis room right in front of the pool - probably best room in the hotel. Was nice being able to walk 10m to the pool.

Few little niggles on a generally very pleasant stay. Gym is quoted as a "full gym" and "state of the art machinery" but really is 3 cardio machines, a bench, and dual cables with 3/4 attachments (no rope or single handles). No free weights at all, was hard to get a proper workout in. Staff would not call us a taxi when we were stuck in the safari park and instead left us with a number to navigate the Spanish taxi system over the phone. Was expecting a bit more help for a 4* hotel. Staff otherwise was great btw, it was just frustrating trying to find a way back. Beds a little hard too. Overall still a 9 but just couple of annoying things

The changes which have been made over the years have truely enhanced it. It is a gem of a place, relaxing from check in until when you have to leave. The staff could not be more helpful, a special shout out for Nana in reception who helped us so much when we had a problem with our car, Julian in the Veranda bar who is always smiling and makes the best iced coffee, but all the staff are so good

The shower pressure wasn’t great, and lighting in the bathroom could be brighter! Small issues only! Other rooms we have stayed in over the years have been great

Very friendly and well-trained personal, in all business units starting from house-keeping via F&B staff up to reception. Breakfast is in a very good state, though the fried eggs were cold due to missing heating at buffet. Made it also possible to receive a fresh early bird (picknick) at 4 o'clock in the morning due to early check-out and organised taxi on time. The rooms (received an upgrade) including bathrooms were outstanding.

Multiple rooms (mostly four) share a single bungalow. Via the bathrooms you hear very much activity from your neighbours in that spaces. Either the walls are very thin or the ceiling is not properly soundproof. I'd suggest ear-muffs in case you've a light sleep and/or you go to bed early. In terms of energy-savings the outside lightning needs not to be turned on, when the sun is still much above horizon. Regular standard price for single business travellers makes booking in terms of economy nearly impossible.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the room and grounds were beautiful. We had lunch at the restaurant, which we would highly recommend and breakfast was also lovely and great value for money. The location is perfect for getting around and a short walk to the theatre, which we were visiting. Once we parked the car at the hotel, there was no need to use it until we left to return home the following day. We wish we had stayed an extra night and will definitely return.

Lovely setting and pool. Great location for centre and botanical gardens. All staff were excellent and helpful.

No coffee facilities in suite. Ultra modern but no comfortable seating. No settee as described and had to request bath robes. To their credit we were offered a room which had not been modernised but looked more comfy but it was in a scruffy corner of the gardens. Guess it is personal choice so no complaints as such. Rooms are dark inside due to the outside foliage which is stunnning so a small table and chairs outside your room would have been pleasant. This is not a complaint as such, just some suggestions for small improvements to make it perfect. We would recommend to others.
