Fabulous lounge, and the shower/toilet IN the bedroom was outstanding, Superb. Nice ot have a proper restaurant within the complex, and food was outstanding, as was service. Great drinks selection. Fantastic hosts.

Um, I cannot think of anything. Maybe - something out of their control, was people in the street, smoking outside bedroom. They did control it and then gave me a room the opposite side peace and quiet.

The great improvement in almost everything and an outstanding management skills to make reliable customers feel home!

Clean rooms. Great staff. Excellent management. Best security! It’s a great hostel. It’s so clean and the staff are wonderful. After having travelled abroad internationally to more than 40 countries, I felt so safe here in a secure building. I’d like to say thank you to Jan in management, Anke, Dimitria and Monica at the lovely reception desk and Joshua, a great security guard. My stay was pleasant, calm and relaxing! Hooks are needed on the shower doors for towels and on walls to hang jackets and coats. Tea cups and a microwave in a fully functional operational kitchen would be nice too! The internet signal on the 3rd floor could be improved. It was fine on the ground floor.

I was scared little bit before to entry in the building, but once I was wellcomed with a smile by the reception and positive vibes I felt good,after I've seen the room and bathroom I was little bit surprised,room was clean,not to many people and the bathroom was probably almost new..for the price what I've paid.. definitely I will come back again:)ps was the first time when I stayed in a hostel..🤣

The hostel is outside of central London but easy to get to using the underground local train system. Conveniently the hostel is within sight of the train station, literally 5 minutes away.. the train takes about 25 minutes to get there from the centre of London and they run very often.. I found the staff helpful, there is a kitchen but when I arrived it was quite late and it was closed. There is a pub close by if people want a drink. For the price it is excellent value for London and although away from all the usual tourist sights that is not a major problem due to the good public transport.

I liked everything really. I would go back again if travelling to London and staying overnight.

Compared to the other reviews we seem to have been lucky. Staff were lovely and helpful. Our group got upgraded for free to an ensuit which was nice. Make sure you read the information you get sent and bring your £10 cash key deposit. We got this back easily at the end of the trip. It has a good public transport connection.

The price is high compared to other hostels we've stayed in as a group, but it was London on a bank holiday weekend. We've been to better hostels that were cheaper, but all things considered it wasn't a bad place to rest your head between activities.

First of all, amazing staff. Girls in reception was very polite, and did the check-in very fast and smooth, as well as we had a good laugh. Apart from that they did their work professionally. A lot of rooms and great place to stay on a budget, so I would definitely recommend this place if you just need to have few nights for a sleep and thats all. As there are not many other amenities in Hotel/hostel. You get what you pay for, and for the last minute booking, its an amazing option, as well as easy to get to the center by bus or underground.
