Very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. And a hefty bathroom door that you can't leave open.

We liked the breakfast and the different options they had. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The receptionist how received for the check in was sarcastic and unhelpful. The cards to open the doors (we booked two rooms) didn’t work properly, as the staff told us to keep away from the cellphone is not good considering all the time the cellphone and the cards are in the same bag. One day we keep one of the card away and still we had to go to the reception. The tv should be smart and have the option to watch Netflix or Youtube. The furniture should look like new, one chair and one bed were worn out.

All the staff were so friendly and welcoming from arrival to departure. The hotel being a former Ultra Modern Ramada Encore is a good fit now with the Holiday Inn Brand and ethos. The place smelt so clean and welcoming. Every day they are cleaning it and even going so far as to shampoo the carpets. We ate at the Hotels restaurant, food was so tasty with good portions. Breakfast is also fantastic. fed back on our departure to a very kind lady at reception. Will certainly return again when in London.

The bed head was showing signs of wear and tear. Extraction system for the bathroom wasn't working so only air coming in through the air valve so got steamed up quickly. Toilet was crazed.

My stay in the London Holiday Inn West was PERFECT. Exceptionally perfect breakfasts, EXELENT work of all the team during breakfast ( not any kind of food was missing, all tables was clear in a time EVEN WHEN HUGE AMOUNT of peoples go to breakfast at one time ). Perfect possibility to have a dinner ( prices are very friendly and compatible with restaurants near a hotel ), good possibility to have a pleasant meeting with partners and friends in the evening, having a beer wine of some stronger drink. And EXEPTIONALY PERFECT help at the Reception desk from Kais and Tomas

The staff were absolutely lovely. I had unfortunate events that have affected my decision to stay in the hotel for a few night and the staff helped me with my luggage, were very understanding about my situation and helped me in every way they could. I was upgraded to a better room because wifi wasn’t working properly in my original room, so they helped me with the luggage again. The room service was beyond what I expected, the food was delicious and I was given complimentary drinks.

Because of the time of the year I had a few spiders in the room but it’s just how England is.

This Holiday Inn (Expr) was at a great location for my visit. The breakfast was plentiful with a very appealing variety of foods from baked goods to meats, eggs, and fruit. The view from my room was not "famous" (I was in Acton), but it was pleasing (5th floor). The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The pancakes were cold every time I tried them. Since sausages next to them, were not, I could tell it was possible to heat up some of the foods. I had some trouble initially with the room being too warm, but by the second day I had learned how to deal with that.

The hotel satisfied all our needs, the breakfast was filling and the selection of juices was great. It had a nice cozy feeling and the reception was also great, they answered all our questions and helped us. Especially a worker by the name Violeta she really helped us and told us all the info about the city, how to reach the center of the city. Where to go to find interesting places and did an excellent job serving us at the food bar. Always met us with a smile and one of the nicest people we met in the whole city of London. Very close to North Acton station which gives you fast access to many great places to a first time visitor Comfortable room and reception area although smaller than other units Nice staff

Not so many tourist driven business around which is not really a problem if you have more than one day around the city To pay apart for the breakfast is a little expensive I would say but the food is nice as the other units The night fee is more expensive than other units that are better equipped but it is probably due to the size and location

Really great location for business people, we drove in from the south west of England and used the parking facilities (we were able to avoid congestion charges which is a bonus). The public transport system was then used to head into the centre for a conference. Charge for the parking was very reasonable and highly discounted as a guest at the hotel. Worked out about £18 for 24hrs. Room was very comfortable and clean and the hotel in general was quiet and seemed to cater well to those travelling for business.

The room had air conditioning but it didn't work, it wouldn't normally be an issue but due to the sticky weather we have been experiencing in the UK, it would have been a nice bonus to have it functioning. In addition, when turning the fan function on, it seemed to create a bit of a sewer smell. It was easier for us to just turn it off.

breakfast was good. Plenty to choose from. Clean rooms, friendly stuff always helpful. Bar, Starbucks in the hotel. MC Donalds and Tesco Express close to hotel. Tube station (North Acton) about 7 minutes on foot. Safe place to walk at night. Quiet at night. Fridge, hair dryer, ironing desk and iron available if needed.

the wooden floors on the outside corridor a bit noisy. I would add some more furniture for clothes, it was a bit demanding to fit things for a family of 4. But we managed.
