Friendly welcoming staff Offers on food and drink Quiet location Bus stop right outside, easy to get to. Food was delicious 😋 UHT carton of milk in the fridge. Good coffee maker. Comfortable bed. Good toiletries and towels. Heater in the bedroom

The bar was freezing, everyone had their coats on. Smokers opened another side door and the temperatures were freezing. The manager said she turned it up, but didn't notice any changes. The heater in the bedroom helped. The tea tray wasn't stocked up .. no teabags, sugar was low. Stale water in the kettle and coffee machine. Cleaning, toilet very dirty, under the rim. The window are dirty and mould, no bin liners in the bins. Just more attention to detail.

Postive welcome from friendly staff with a relaxed and pleasant approach to check-in. The individually named rooms are upstairs behind a very impressively soundproofed door, so there was no pub noise to speak of at any hour. Room itself was fairly small but carefully put together so we didn't feel particularly cramped. Delicious food downstairs in the restaurant (try the giant pizza!) and a 33% discount for residents. Green tea in the room was unusual and delicious!

There wasn't much to dislike. Some minor quirks were present, like a little banding on the TV screen and a fairly cheap kettle whose handle could get quite hot while pouring, but nothing significant.

The decor was beautiful and the accommodations were very comfortable. Staff in the pub were great! Not a dislike, but worth mentioning that there are several flights of stairs to get to the rooms and no lift.

As someone who had not travelled to London before we didn’t realize how far away from the centre of the city this area of town was. The underground was super close to the hotel though, so getting to centre of London was fairly straightforward. The bathroom was really well stocked but the shower wasn’t very clean.

EVERYTHING, Phenomenal stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Felt secure and safe at all times. Easily accessible for getting to and from. Discounted food and drinks for hotel guests which made it even better when eating at the restaurant and incredible food. Honestly the best stay we've had! Thank you :)

Would've enjoyed a nice breakfast there but understandable that it's opening hours didn't include breakfast times but for the future could be a opportunity to open earlier as our stay was amazing.

Nice staff very welcoming. An offer 30% off meals in hotel restaurant for the hotel guests, however not advised until our check-in, we had already eaten elsewhere prior arrival. Maybe send an email to guests prior arrival so they are aware. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean, decent shower.

Walls and windows are not very soundproof. Could hear all traffic noise and next door room guests talking, they weren’t loud just normal talking in corridor but it sounded like they were in our room!

Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, double-glazing, good air con/ heating, heavy blinds, lots of coffee pods/ milk/ tea, good shower, heated towel rail, nicely decorated room. Budget rooms in London can often be a miserable experience but the Princess Victoria exceeded my expectations. Nice pub with friendly staff too. A 15-minute walk from Shepherds Bush Market tube station, or 4 stops on the frequent 207 bus from there (or the N207 night bus)

Booked as I need a place to stay within walking distance of the music venue 'Bush Hall' so location was convenient for that for those looking for a place to stay near that venue. The coffee machine with a choice of coffee pods was a lovely touch and the room was cosy.

The 'rug' at the end of the bed made the room look a little 'shabby' even though I found no issues with the cleanliness of the room it would have been nicer if it was better material so the room looked nicer as it's material made it look "grubby".

This is a big, traditional pub with all the associated atmosphere. Great vibe and good music downstairs. I was made very welcome, but felt I needed to prepare for a noisy stay. I was wrong. The rooms are well isolated from the pub. Decor is pleasant, modern and in great condition - far better than I expected, given the price and the fact first impression suggests that this is more a pub than a hotel. A big bonus is that free parking is available right outside between 18:00 and 09:00. A very comfortable and pleasant stay at exceptional value.

Room was lovely, staff couldn’t do enough, nothing was too much trouble when asked.

The only issue we had was the restaurant, the food was gorgeous, but we had to send the steak back twice as asked for well done and still had blood in it. The waitress did give us a free drink for the hassle, and a sneaky service charge was added which was 12.5% which we didn’t notice until after paying. But overall good staff and lovely room. Shower was immense.
