The breakfast was very tasty and good. There was sufficient variety for the price. I liked the unobtrusive service of the attending staff. On top of that the location tops it all. The airport limousine bus stops just in front of the hotel. The hotel is also just next to a mall and a stone throw away from Sogo and a shopping and food street. The mall’s building also houses the JR Chiba station and a mono-rail station. I really can’t ask for more.

I think there was no Onsen or gym.

Hotel and room were generously sized. Shuttle to nearby shopping area was a real plus as I got to explore the AEON mall. The Family store in the hotel was well equipped. The staff spoke good English. There was an Onsen but I had no time to explore. Bus shuttle to Narita airport started at 6 am which was good enough for me to take the Skyliner to Tokyo for a meeting at 9 am.

Hotel is not walking distance from airport and you need to wait for the shuttle. Bus was regular but very full. Last shuttle to return from the mall was 830 pm which is too early. English speaking TV channels were too few.

🧳 First of all, I'd like to say thank you for the hotel for allowing me to send luggage to the hotel and keep it for more than a week. For this alone I commend the hotel and the great staff. 📍 Overall the hotel was a great stay, at a perfect location in my case, just outside JR Chiba station, in fact reachable by a pedestrian walkway from the station. The walkway has a roof, so it's even possible to get from the hotel to the station without getting dry in the rain. The price of the stay was reasonable. 🧺 There are two washing dryers at the hotel, with no detergent automatically added, 300¥ per washing cycle, 100¥ per 30 minute drying cycle. 🍱 Breakfast was good, with large variety. The time breakfast is available is until 9-30 with the "last order" time being 9-00. 🚪 Room was great, big, with a big bathtub. 🛜 Wi-fi was great as there was access point in each room.

The room is good and comfortable. Loved the small table in the room. Loved the facilities such as the ice machine, laundry area and smoking room. The hotel breakfast is ok. Nothing too fancy. Located nearby Perie Shopping Mall and Sogo Mall. Very convenient location. Very easy to travel to Narita airport from Chiba Station.

The room window cannot be opened to let in fresh air. Other than that, wished the hotel breakfast have more choices of local foods for tourists.

Very friendly staff at check in, they took care of me during my whole stay. Same counts for the breakfast team. Room was fairly quite, haven’t used my usual earplugs. The shower was very strong, plenty of water pressure. Breakfast spread was fine, enough selection and surprisingly good croissants.Coffee to go. Minifridge was large and kept my stuff cool. Convenient location, everything around easy access.

Toilet needs better cleaning, Hotel is getting old , feels a bit run down in the room ( tapestry, table accessories)

This hotel is located right beside with Chiba JR Station (a minutes walk using an open walkway that connects the two) Plus the station is in the Narita Airport to Tokyo Station JR line, so if you want to stay here for one night as soon as you land into Narita, or on your way back out of Narita before a early morning flight, its the perfect hotel. Plus the rooms are bigger than most new hotels. The hotel is comfortable and staff is helpful, so overall its a good choice for a no frills, good stay.

Its about a 30 minute train ride away from Tokyo, so if you have to worry about coming back late to the hotel, this may not be a good choice.

Literally the closest hotel to Chiba Station. The room was a bit bigger than normal business hotels in the same category/price range. The staff was very welcoming and got me checked in a couple minutes. The room was perfectly clean with everything in working order. For the price, location and quality of stay, it's one of the best I've ever stayed at. Looking forward to staying here again!

Location; very near train station. Very polite staff. Good (basic) hotel for its price. Compared to the cheap room, breakfast is more expensive, but very worthwhile. Very diverse and good quality.

The toilet paper is (even for japanese thin standard) very thin. Especially with the heavy toilet roll holder. It was rather hot when entering the room, luckily the airco works good. But it makes the sound of a mosquito, which made me turn it off again.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, especially if you are travelling to the Makuhari Messe area for events. There are malls nearby with lots of restaurants and shopping, and a 24 hour convenience store very nearby. Best of all, Chiba station is in the same building.

The air conditioning was a little slow to cool, however they had already indicated it at the room as well as the reception counter. It was not a big issue.

Very convenient next to the JR Chiba station although it took us a while to locate the building as we were expecting to walk out of the station building to find it. It’s just next to the exit or entrance of the train station. Room size is nice since it’s not in the city.

The staff should be more precise in giving direction to the hotel when I emailed them. They said it’s near the station. Least they could do is to tell us which train exit and then landmark
