This place is small but incredibly warm. Staff at the counter are always willing to help you and care about you all the time. Even the staff in early morning, who I think needed a little more training, always were there to help you with anything you need. I really liked when I had a problem with Wi-Fi in the initial room I have been assigned but they kindly allowed to change to a new room with better Wi-Fi. I totally recommend this place.

I arrived very early at 8 am and they did not offer me early check-in, I had the money to pay for that additional, maybe there was no room available at that time but they did not let me know about that possibility. It would have been nice to know why. I had to wait in the lobby while I was working with my laptop until 3 pm.

for a solo traveller like myself, perfect (probably for families great aswell, but I can’t answer on that) very clean, great one on one staff. very helpful and boutiques are always more personal than large oversized hotels.

no hot water for the shower?? Jesus…. I know it’s a very hot city and you sweat a lot, but that doesn’t mean we all want cold showers!

Does not have elevators, very hard for people like me (I am 81 years old) climbing the stairs. Breakfast is almost the same every day, the kitchen does not have any basic condiments, except salt. No hot water period.

Everything was ok. Good breakfast. Location and also the price was good.

The window that connected to the dining room. At night the light came through the curtian in the room. And early in the morning the noice of people having their breakfast.

Great location. Comfortable rooms. Amazing breakfast. All day coffee, tea and water available. Overall great price/value ratio. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

No English speaking staff. Although they were all friendly and helpful, i had some difficulty communicating for a beginner in the language.

Limited water pressure. Just barely enough to take a shower. Don't even think about hot water. Room had no windows but was quiet for sleeping.

The staff was really friendly and professional. The room was as expected and it looked very fashionable.

The room's or hotel's outer-sound-proof should be improved since the nearest bar's sound-volume was noticeable during the night. Thus, there was an altercation between a couple and this is not acceptable that everyone has to hear or experience this. Besides this, everything was perfect.

PERFECT Central LOCATION... Excellent spot within walking distance from the two largest shopping centers (Buena Vista that now includes Mall Plaza and VIVA Centro Comercio) in Barranquilla. Also, there's REGUS coworking location just two blocks away. ROOMS are comfortable, clean and come with the basics that one would expect for a boutique hotel experience. BREAKFAST is in the typical local tradition (eggs, arepas, fruit, juice), along with plenty of Colombian coffee. STAFF is attentive with receiving guests. Good communication with check-in and check-out.

Ready to see the beautiful 4th floor. Look forward to the next trip to Barranquilla.
