Gede and Agus were absolutely amazing! The service provided was 10/10! Even before arriving, Gede answered all my questions promptly and was always happy to assist. We had breakfast included in our price and they made the most amazing breakfast. We had purchased some pool toys and we needed to pump up a ball, Gede was on the job and got it sorted for us. I cannot say a bad word about these 2 gentlemen, they made out stay memorable and can't wait to go back!

The beds were a little hard, but this is pretty standard in Bali. I asked Gede if he had a mattress topper and he was able to provide one for us! The property in general was ok, there could of been a few more chairs as we had 6 people and only 4 chairs outside near the pool.

Nice pool villa, located near Seminyak Square (no more than 10 minutes walk). We had a great time here! Mr. Gede was very kind and professional. He made the whole stay very smooth. His humility and kindhearted nature assured us that we were in good hands. There's also a supermarket right opposite the villa which was very convenient. Definitely recommend it for friends, family, etc.

Car and bike sounds can be heard in the bedrooms at night. Light seaps into the bedroom (some) from the gaps between the curtains which we tried to adjust but wasn't too useful. Nevertheless, Mr. Gede did his best to help us with this during our last night there. He was very kind. Overall, very good experience at this villa. Very happy!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-bedroom Villa in Seminyak, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. I would also like to mention the caretaker named Gede, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Gede's friendly nature and knowledge of the local area truly made us feel at home, and we were grateful for his presence throughout our stay. The property was very well located and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and always served with a smile. They were accommodating to the extent possible and we really enjoyed our stay.

The toilet in the master bedroom was not working and as there was no hand shower, my parents had to come down each time to go to the toilet. The beds were quite creaky so probably need replacement and perhaps sound proofing in the room which is by the busy street so the guests can get a good sleep.

The villa is in a great location, everything is near by and the staff are lovely! Nothing is to hard and they really go out of there way for you. The villa itself is cool with great air conditioning. It was a nice home away from home.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but Gede our host went out of his way to find us mattress toppers and extra pillows to make our stay more comfortable.

The property was clean, big and very relaxing. The facilities were amazing. The staff were the highlight, with Gede and his staff looking out for us, making us breakfast and cleaning the rooms every day. I heavily suggest booking here, because me and my friends will be back.

We had issues with the pool for about 3 day with the filter not working, though Gede keep In communication with us, updating us on the progress Also the beds are very firm.

Our stay at K Villa was very enjoyable and easy. From check-in to check out, Gede (manager), Ketut and the 2 other boys did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. They were always there to greet us with a smile and help us out when we needed help. Villa was always cleaned and organised everyday and breakfast was cooked daily with love. Would definitely recommend staying at the villa, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Everything to be honest! The property is mesmerizing! The pool looks better than pictures, the rooms are great, the washrooms are clean and so so Instagrammable. Clean kitchen and lobby and all amenities available The location is great, not on the traffic main road which adds to the charm. There is a 24x7 store right opposite. It was so so convenient.
