Service was excellent. Pool staff were very good. Rooms were clean, food was tasty and a good variety.

Pool chairs need to be replaced they are so low to the ground, trying to get up from the pool chairs are a major issue for many seniors. We witnessed many people having a very difficult time. Who ever ordered these needs to re-think their purchases. Also the pool drinks are still substandard for the price you pay for an all inclusive.

Service was excellent!! Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great variety! Location was perfect! Pools were great and not too crowded (could always find a lounge chair). Good value for money.

Bed was way too hard with strangely tiny pillows. Not enough drawers. No mini-fridge in room. Strong moldy smell in the room (but probably because of beach location). The bingo caller unnecessarily used the loud speaker which was intrusive to the majority of us not playing bingo.

Amenities were up to expectations, restaurants and food were amazing and staff was super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back. Beach was very clean and although there were vendors walking around, no one was overly disturbing and hotel staff did a great job keeping it a peaceful environment.

On our last day, people came out and placed towels on some on the beach chairs and we weren't able to find one. I have no problem with people saving their spot, but we noticed that some of those beach chairs were empty for HOURS before people actually used them. There might be a better way to deal with this situation.

Good location, convenience stores, great food, shopping all next to the hotel…and beach accessible. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean all of time. Great that you could also use facilities at other ‘sister’ hotel/location and included the ‘all inclusive’ option to use at both hotels. This was great as we can now compare and decide at which one to stay on our next visit.

The beach was somewhat dirty. While I understand that the government doesn’t allow for private beaches, the beach right in front of the hotel, which is used by hotel guests is dirty (trash in sand and water). Even if it’s a public beach, the part that’s right in front of the hotel should probably be kept clean for the guests sake. However, staff was great at bringing out food amd drinks. Did not like the ‘sofa bed’, too uncomfortable for Adults bot ok for kids. The all inclusive option is a good value, otherwise, the food price is somewhat expensive compared to Good restaurants outside of the property.

The restaurant Cilantro was probably our favourite spot. We had friends staying at Emerald Bay and you have access to both hotels. We spent afternoons there and evenings at Pueblo Bonito.

Bed was a little hard, otherwise everything was great, especially the staff, so friendly and accommodating

The location is great! Staff is awesome! Food and service were good and rooms were very clean! The beach is amazing! Shallow and great for playing in the waves, including surfing.

When I booked, I thought we would have queen-sized beds and we actually had full-sized beds, a bit small to sleep 2 people. It may have said that when I booked and I just don't recall. We used the sofa bed so it worked out fine. It was also difficult to get a palapa on the beach. I had to be down at the beach to claim with our beach towels before 7am and even then there were only a few left. Some had towels on them all day and no one ever came. It would be nice to have a reservation system and if no show, give to someone else.

Well maintained. Crews always working. Staff are very friendly. Nice beach. Reasonably quiet.

Beds are firm which makes them uncomfortable for people with hip problems.

My daughter and I had one of the junior suites on the third floor. It was perfect with the king-sized bed and the ocean view. We loved how friendly the staff always was, the choices of food, and the very nice beach that was right in front of the hotel. It was very clean everywhere and the hotel had very good COVID protocols in place. There was a good variety of food to choose from between the three restaurants and the snack bar on site. I enjoyed walking on the beach every morning and watching the sunset with my daughter from our balcony or the beach every evening. She went para-sailing twice right from the beach. We also really enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi late in the evening when no one else was using it.

We absolutely appreciated everything at the hotel. I just wish that there was access to information about what we could do in Mazatlan. The Concierge desk had a few flyers of organized tours. It would have been very helpful to have a printed map of the city and its surroundings so we could go and explore ourselves. We ended up searching on the internet which was different from having people who know about the place sharing tips and knowledge about the surroundings with us.

Location is near a lot of attractions, sites m, restaurants and transportation.

It looks that allow tourist from another hotels to spen time in their facilities making service scarce or very light.

All staff is great! Something outstanding to mention is that, this is the first all inclusive hotel I see staff being as nice as friendly to Mexican than to foreign people, in general in all locations and hotels, staff is more attentive and treats better the foreign than us! The facilities are nice and the restaurants are great!
