Excellent work staff. Very friendly and hardworking. I especially wanted to highlight the treatment of Daiana, Nicole(from service)and Seba who made our stay perfect. Especially Daiana, who was always willing to help me and take care of my dog. She even helped us with the transfer. Excellent person!! Perfect hotel for those who travel with dogs and love nature and sports. Impeccable rooms, with beautiful design with mountain views.

Friendly staff, we were allowed to check in a little earlier than check-in time, and the room is very clean, enough to sleep after a tiring day. Breakfast items have very good variety. Room with tiny balcony, we are lucky enough to face the mountains with beautiful view to enjoy early morning. With a nice cuppa would be perfect, unfortunately it is not available like other hotels.

There are no glasses for brush tooth or cups to make tea or coffee in the evening, bed is not thick enough, it's ok for a couple days stay, view is irreplaceable.

Layout and breakfast

Price may be normal for that city but was very expensive for the quality of hotel and the hidden 12eu per night city fee feels dishonest. It leaves a bad taste when a hotel has those fees. And they say it’s not up to them but it is. Just eat the fee and raise the price on booking. Surprise fees are fundamentally morally wrong and need to be outlawed.

Great location, clean, staff speak English well. There are in- and outdoor parking. Very comfortable bad and well-designed and thought-out room. Special thank for the possibility of accommodation with a dog. For an additional fee (10 euros) and on the condition that you bring a bed for your dog. Unfortunately we arrived late and did not have time to visit spa, but we had time to drink coktails at the bar on the first floor.

If possible, I advise you to book room not on the top floor - the roof covers part of the window and the view.

Very clean room, in a good location, walking distance to the lake, very good restaurants nearby, hassle free parking, quiet location.

The option of preparing your own breakfast on a griddle is an interesting idea, yet I personally would have appreciated the traditional way of serving breakfast. Otherwise I have no negatives.

The room and bathroom were nice and comfortable. Wooden details in the room and the wallpaper on the ceiling are definitely +. The breakfast was really tasty and served already at 6.30.

The interior design is a bit like a cool young Hostel, but the prices are definitely not... It's a pity, that the spa area has no pool or Jacuzzi.

The staff is very friendly and supportive. They know very well the location and can give you good advice about how to enjoy your staying at Konigsee. The hotel is also very flexible in terms of parking and check-in/check-out. Was ossible to leave our car and luggages there while we were exploring the area, even after the staying. I would like to leave a special thanks for Seba, that received us very well.

The room is clean,cleaned everyday even if you don’t put signage on the door.Breakfast has a lot of variety and you can cook your own breakfast!(which is new experience for me) Deposited Luggages (before check-in or after check-out)are very safe

They don’t have extra pillows when requested one.

So close to the National Park. Excellent breakfast choices. The interactive screen in the lobby is fun. The window sitting area with 3 purple cushions make it feel so comfortable and welcoming.

Not a dislike but transportation issue especially coming in late relying on public transportation having to stop at Feilassing to change train to Berchtesgaden then a bus or taxi to the hotel- 15 Euros if you take a taxi. No direct train from Munich. Come early especially on Sunday that way you get tour bus ride to the Hotel and explore the stores and restaurants by the lake.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the mountains. My room was quite large, but with a low ceiling and poor lighting. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I will stay in the same hotel if I decide to come again.

The room service could be more consistent and the breakfast can be improved as well.
