The room was clean…..the shuttle service to the airport was efficient. The van driver was exceptionally friendly & helpful

The neighborhood…..we saw people searching through trash cans on the hotel property. Old mattresses we stacked in a couple locations throughout the parking lot….maybe waiting to be picked up. When we stepped outside at 4am to get the shuttle, there was a very ragged looking woman asleep on one of the mattresses

Conveniently located and close to everything. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Free breakfast goes until 10am which is a plus for people who sleep in like us.

Floors were a bit dirty and the toilet handle was broken. The hot tub was out of order when we went which we were looking forward to, but the pool was heated so that was okay!

The lady (I believe her name was Rochelle) who shuttled us around was terrific. It was after midnight, and she was very helpful and fun. We really appreciated her assist!

The heat-a/c unit rattled loudly every time it was about to shut off. The 1st time we thought someone was breaking in, but we were so tired from the flight we slept. The second night it kept us up.

Room door swipe entry system not working, 3 times, during stay. A bit frustrating. Why not work ? But easy to replace cards at reception from helpfull staff

The room and even outdoor area was extremely clean. Employees were helpful and friendly. Except for the sound of airplanes taking off since it's close to the airport, everything was perfect.

Sound of airplanes which is to be expected, I just hadn't thought about it prior to booking the room. I sometimes have difficulty sleeping if it's noisy but I did eventually go to sleep.

I loved how there was breakfast for me and my friends to eat for free instead of going to buy our own food. The front desk person was really nice as well. My room was super close to the shuttle bus I was taking so I loved it.

The power went out so my food got a little spoiled but it happens.

Breakfast was excellent for a continental-style breakfast. The facility was very clean.

This Best Western was more than I normally pay for lodging, it was quite high actually. Since I was with family I wanted everyone to be comfortable. But it is California, so maybe it's just reflective of everything in California costs more.

The staff is great. The rooms are big and clean. Comfy beds. Breakfast great. I always stay here when I am flying out of Ontario airport.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was beyond expectations - outside certainly didn't betray how large, comfortable and modern the room was. We had an RV - staff helped us find parking spot for it.

The only thing I would advise changing - motion-sensing lights in the room and bathroom. Not only sudden bright light when using the bathroom in the middle of the night not helpful, it also woke up my partner.

Fair breakfast, nice room

Adjoining rooms are very noisy. Would not take a room that has an adjoining door. A small table with two chairs would be nice as the room was quite large.
