It’s very stylish and spacious and the rooms are very comfortable and clean . Very well equipped and excellent value . The food was lovely and not expensive. I had a massage which very good . It faces a beautiful lake which was nice to walk around . The pool area was very nice too . The staff on reception were welcoming .

Apart from the lake I didn’t like the location - there was nothing else to see around there . I found out from reading a review while we were there that it was a short taxi ride to the town of Plovdiv. It was very difficult to communicate with some of the waitresses and a few sighed when we asked them anything , making us feel like a nuisance .

You can have literally anything you ask from the amazing and polite people working at this hotel. Smiley faces at the front desk, always happy to offer assistance and advice, excellent food, outstanding location!!! Keep up the good work 🫶 If you go for Massage, ask for Mrs. Ioanna, her massage skills really treated my neck pain!

The same employees were at the same positions from breakfast time until dinner, that was not a good thing to see! It gives the impression that people never rest, however they were all amazing in serving the visitors! It would be great if there was a spa center instead of just wellness area!

Landmark Creek is a beautiful hotel. We really really liked our stay. We liked the location, the view, the fact that it had a balcony and a TV. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was cozy. We enjoyed the rain shower

The Hotel should have a laundry service where clients can do quick laundry without the need for ironing etc. Also, the cleaning service. Our boy spilled chips on the floor the first night and crushed them to tiny bits that we couldn't pick up with our fingers, and we had to stay in that mess till checke-out. When called, cleaning service only came in to clean table surfaces and take trash out, no vacuum

Beautiful and quiet place to relax. Very good base to explore the town by car or by taxi (which is about 5-6€) avoiding all the noise. Hotel is well maintained with very good facilities and a lovely breakfast room with inside and outside tables. Pool is nice, big enough and not crowded. Room has a balcony with beautiful pots and also big windows so we had unlimited lake view. Parking is not a problem here and stuff is very friendly. Plus there are bikes you can rent directly from the hotel to go around the lake. Room is big enough for family with 2 kids. Overall good value for money.

There is room for small improvements but nothing major, eg: - better cleaning of the balcony (we saw cobwebs in some corners of the balcony, even some small spiders). - better cleaning of the carpet (we saw a small bunch of hair most probably left by the vacuum - though difficult to notice). - the base of toilet paper is not for a 4 star hotel and spoils the bathroom image which is good in general. - stuff should not take the plates from the table when people still eating.

The facilities offered are good ie spa. Swimming pool area very spacious and clean. Lake views Amazing restaurant manager , who excels in job role. Evening dinner absolutely delicious

On a whole the staff let the hotel down. The service was not what one would expect from a hotel of this standard. The hotel wasn’t over busy, but from check-in to the restaurant staff , all are miserable, I would be extremely disappointed if my staff acted this way, thankfully they don’t. Those in my opinion who were the exception George restaurant manager The young lady who was offering pool drink service and the cleaners.

Someone must teach the hotel employees, how to talk, behave and serve the quests. Hospitality is about warm welcoming and friendly behavior, making quests feeling like their home. And more than that!!! It is called Total Quality Management.

Extensive breakfast buffet. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace. Friendly and helpful staff upon check-in.

Staff at check-out were not knowledgeable, had no experience and were slow.

All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean and tidy. Lots of choice on menu and the food was excellent. The hotel is in a great location. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed and lovely view of the rowing channel. The swimming pool and gardens are very well maintained. Lovely walks.

There was nothing to dislike.

My stay was wonderful and I am very grateful to the staff at the Landmark Creek Hotel, the room was very large and perfectly clean, the area was amazing, the facilities were great, and the masseuse did a wonderful job. I would particularly like to thank the chef who provided us with a wonderful breakfast every day and most of all the exceptional waiting staff. I did not get the chance to thank the waiter who served us personally before I left which is a great pity. He was exceptional at his job and very pleasant to speak with.

Perfect location for us, just a couple of kilometers from City centre. Very high end place just beside a pond with rowing activities going on. Nice swimming pool behind the building. Very nice and clean room with view to the pond/lake. They also had a restaurant on the ground floor with outside seating too. Very affordable related to the high standard.

Quite a lot mosquitos in the area. We had dinner outside in the restaurant one evening and the mosquitos spoiled the otherwise nice dinner. I recommend not to take a room with balcony in this hotel because of the mosquitos.
