Breakfast was very minimalistic, could be much better.

The room was good, spacy enough and well equipped. The same applies to the bathroom. There was a small terrace. The hotel's restaurant is good, the food is tasty, the staff is a bit unexperienced.

The bathroom had a faint smell of drainage, I have stayed at another room in the same building and it had the same problem. The balcony is practically useless, as it has no garden chairs and a table. I recommend such are provided. The TV is voice-command operated. It is supposed to be done in English, but in fact it did not work, and of course guests should not be expected to speak oral English. The TV is almost useless in the standard meaning of "usage", it is an annoying struggle with the remote control to do even the simplest thing. The pillows are too high and too hard. The breakfast was absolutely basic. The hotel is specialized in providing festivity halls for parties and celebrations, these are very frequent, so it could be noisy and the parking spaces - occupied.

Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking, zero traffic, easy access to the city's ring road, comfortable bed, big room, decent enough breakfast, regarding the price.

Sound isolation was non-existant, having a room next to the elevator, i could hear every time the elevator was in use. WiFi was free but the signal was kind of weak on the 5th floor.

The apartment is big and clean. The kitchen was full. Staff was very polite and friendly. Standart breakfast was tasty, but unfortunately always the same.

There is construction of houses around the hotel, a lot of dust and noise. Above our apartment, there was also constant noise and loud sounds, they are doing repairs.

Spacious and very clean rooms. The property is very new, so everything was in a very good condition. Huge plus is the parking in front of the buildings and it free. However the location is remote and you do not have a quick access to the city center and the main attractions. It worked well for the purposes of our trip, but if we were on a sightseeing, leisure trip I can see how it will cause some inconvenience.

It is a very good location if you come by car. There are large parking areas, and I had no parking problems. The room is clean and spacious. It's value for money. Plenty of beverage was in the fridge, which is good because nothing was around the hotel.

The elevator was broken, and someone was locked in. Since we saw that situation, we didn't use the elevator (scary. as we are with our child). The location is far away from downtown, so if you don't have a car, it is probably not convenient

Very nice new hotel, spacious rooms and spotless clean! Staff was very kind, they have free parking in front of the hotel and a cool healthy restaurant next to it, where breakfast is served as well.

Keep in mind it's not very close to the center of the city. Breakfast was a bit plain without variety of food.

The location of the hotel is at hand if you are coming from Sofia via highway and you want to avoid the center. The room is spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. Huge balcony is a plus! Free parking is available on site. There is a nice restaurant called Avocado on the hotel lobby which was really nice, terrace available as well. The staff was really helpful and kind. We wanted to avoid the center due to noise and lack of parking and this was the perfect choice. We used taxi to go to the center which was like 6 leva per ride. We will definitely visit again!

This is not negative feedback, but just a heads up, if you are a light sleeper, the AC is a bit noisy.

The room was huge with a separate living room. It was quiet and there was an elevator. There was plenty of free parking in their 2 parking lots. It’s out of town.

The restaurant was okay but not great. Breakfast was limited.

Avocado restaurant evening meal My wife and I ordered 2 meals my wife got hers I had to wait 40 mins to get mine! Our waitress was nowhere to be seen and eventually another girl helped us. Overall a bad experience as it was late and staff were waiting to go. This was not acceptable as we were travelling 10 hours next day and did not get to sleep till very late.
