St Aubin is a perfect base on the island; it's quaint, more charming than St Helier, and has a good selection of bars and restaurants. Old Court House Inn is one of my favourite guest houses/hotels I have ever stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. The decor was beautiful throughout, creating such a wonderful ambiance. I loved the quirky boat theme in the beautiful sea view restaurant/breakfast room and the adjoining pub. There is a breakfast menu and you are served at your table, which I much prefer, in comparison to a self-service buffet. The food was delicious. To top it all, we had a sea view room and the views of St Aubin's harbour and bay were stunning. We will be back!

The room was a perfect size for a solo traveller. Spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for a short stay (would have happily have stayed longer and plan to return). The manager Lucy was so friendly and helpful and was able to facilitate an early check in for me which was completely unexpected as I arrived hours before the advertised check in time. The location was perfect and the views from the establishment are wonderful. Enjoyed walking from St Aubin and St Helier and if anyone wishes to use public transport between the airport and the hotel, as I did, it’s quite literally a 2 minute walk to/from the bus stop. As it was such a short stay and I was leaving so early I can’t comment on breakfast as I booked room only but the reviews on the food and beverage offering at the hotel speak for themselves and next time I will definitely eat there and book the breakfast option.

Nothing at all to not like

Staff were very friendly, food was lovely (both breakfast and dinner with a great selection) and dining areas were excellent as was the location of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel just don't bother paying for the most expensive 'Jersey' suite. We could have saved money by using the Liberation App so recommend people use it and also means 205 off food on a Wednesday.

We had the most expensive room with the promise of a sea view. While you could see the sea it was only over rooftops and past rundown houses! This was very disappointing as we could have booked a cheaper room with a full view of the harbour. I have now noticed the so called sea view is not include in the photographs on the website. Neither is the fact that the hot tub is in a courtyard overlooked by houses. While the hotel itself is lovely our room was not worth the money.

The room was terrific; clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and cosy with a giant bath in it (which we didn't get to use - and yes, there was a separate bathroom). Great walk in shower. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Lovely breakfast with prompt, attentive service and harbour views, Fantastic location. Great value and I'd go out of my way to stay again and recommend to others. Nice touches like a welcome note with my name written in by hand; a heated bathroom mirror that didn't steam up, a hand-painted flower mural on the wall over the bed. A well-run establishment. Marvellous.

Nothing I could fault.

The building is old and charming. The room was comfy with the typically British warm and welcoming atmosphere to it. The breakfast was well served and tasty. The staff was always smiling and helpful (we had difficulty processing card payment but the front desk was patient and waited for the 2nd day or our arrival to finalize it). The bar/restaurant serve good beverages and food. And finally the location is stunning at the very end of the St Aunbin's bay. The view from the hotel room over the small harbor is soothing ~

Nothing much. The room could've been larger. And I wish there was more animation in St Aubin in the evening

From first sight of the Old Court House Inn, it was just amazing. The position, the staff, the service, staff, drinks and breakfast. Our room had a tub in the bedroom with an outlook over the courtyard, which was simply divine. The rain shower was just glorious. Lucy and the rest of the staff just made it 5 star all round. It was my wife's birthday and they gifted her with a bottle of prosecco, which is her drink of choice so that was extra special. We cannot wait to come again to a very special hotel on a very special island. Anne Marie & Russell.

Nothing whatsoever. Ready for the next time there......

Booked The Old Court House for my elderly parents for a week. The staff could not have been more helpful, they were considerate, thoughtful and really went the extra mile to make sure they were comfortable and happy. They were able to choose their room, which pleased them greatly. It was warm and well appointed with excellent views over St.Aubins Harbour. Fresh towels every day, a breakfast so hearty that they didn't need to have lunch and decided just to have an early supper each day. In order to get the ferry they had a very early check out: the staff left a canvas bag of food and goodies for their breakfast. Really, I have to stress that nothing was too much trouble: what an outstanding team with amazing customer service. 👏

There are many steps, this didn't bother my parents but is something elderly guests should be aware of.

This was our 1st to Jersey & The Old Court House made quite an impression. The room was very comfortable, quiet & clean. The hotel is full of character & yet maintains a boutique feel. Nice staff who are keen to help. There is a sunny terrace for lunch or drinks . A lovely bar & a beautiful restaurant. Great location too. Altogether perfect. ⛵️ 🩷 🇯🇪

The bathroom in our room (Aulderny) requires screening from nearby neighbours or any guests to the beer garden. Maybe a slatted blind ...? And a firmer mattress please

The location is excellent, right on the harbour with fantastic views. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The style of the room was very restful. The bathroom was small but was well designed.

The room we had was a little smaller than expected, it had excellent views but was on the second floor with a narrow stairwell. Large suitcases would be a challenge both to get to the room and to store in the room. There were a couple of areas in the room in need of redecoration.

The hotel was comfortable with nice touches such as complimentary biscuits as well as the standard tea and coffee facilities. The Bed was spacious and comfortable, the shower and bathroom were clean and generous with soaps, towels etc. The breakfast was very good.

While the room was excellent, there were signs that it could do with some renovation. Damaged walls were in evidence in several areas including the bathroom and adjacent to the bed. The heated towel rail was inoperative despite testing the power was on. It is these cosmetic items that prevent me from awarding top marks. n
