The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere that you instantly feel you are staying somewhere special. Also the staff are so attentive and naturally friendly and nothing seems too much trouble for them. We stayed a week on half board basis and had some wonderful meals in a lovely dining room which has the most fantastic view of the bay.

I was too short (5ft 1inch) to reach the hangers in the wardrobe luckily my husband could reach them for me but I should imagine it would cause you a problem if you were on your own a little thing I know but it was frustrating.

Location on the stunning beach was stunning along with the breakfast being either buffet style or menu. Either were very good. Bus stops right our side hotel and there are two or three excellent restaurants on the beach if you fancy a change. We didn't eat dinner in the Hotel as we believe in enjoying the location we visit...

Was disappointed that some adults and their children were allowed into the dining room in their night clothes or dressing gown. Reception confirmed that shouldn't happen but it does. This isn't Butlins and the Italian Head Waiter should have done something about that - perhaps hang a sign with the dress code, but certainly not admit them....

Beautiful location, best bay in Jersey. I had a sun lounger on my balcony which meant I could sunbath there. Breakfast was very good, lots of options. I was first down to have it so could possibly get annoying with people in the self serve room but you can order fresh cooked things from the kitchen.

My single room was very small and there is no air con. This didn’t matter for the temperature it was when I stayed but at least a fan should be in every room as standard. I had to ask for more coffee for my room. Only one bag on arrival not great. This is a very expensive hotel. I think they all are in this bay. Nice for a treat but weigh them all up before you book a long stay.

Beautiful hotel with so many unique parts to it! Immaculately clean, a very comfortable sleep and beautiful throughout. The seaview from our room was stunning! The facilities are brilliant such as the outdoor pool and spa area. Breakfast was excellent every day!

Air con would be a massive addition to make the stay even more comfortable... But I understand it's a very old building. We were given a fan for the room which helped though and the staff couldn't do enough. Also a mini fridge in the room would be an added bonus just for cold drinks etc.

Beautiful quiet and scenic situation.The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and most of all the bed was really comfortable.Excellent breakfast and dinner in the hotel was equally delicious with a very relaxed atmosphere.Excellent music in the bar area on Sunday night.We particularly loved the heated outdoor pool and beautiful gardens as well as the proximity to the gorgeous beach.

Very little to be critical about -maybe blender taps in bathrooms as hot water too hot for hand washing.A small fridge would have been a nice extra too. However our only regret was that we hadn’t booked a few extra nights.

The hotel is overlooking the bay in a perfect position close to the beautiful beach and other amenities in St Brelades bay. It’s very comfortable in every area…..rooms, lounge, restaurant and bar area. The swimming pool and pool bar are excellent too. The main reason this hotel is so perfect…..the staff! Every member of staff from the minute you check in is polite, friendly and they desperately want you to have everything you need to be happy. Thank you, we really appreciated everything you did for us!

Fab location on the beach, road in front very quiet, balcony overlooking beach, moonlight and wave sound coming into room, didn't use it but pool area looked good

The whole downstairs situation is totally different, its set up for coach trips, e.g. bar is a big empty room. Nothing romantic whatsoever, downstairs is more like a canteen and working men's club. So on arrival, around 9pm on a friday getting off the BA flight, there was nothing to eat and you didn't feel like drinking in the "bar" as it was so lacking atmosphere.

Lovely location, excellent staff. Our room was very nice, a good size. Very happy with bathroom which had a bath and a free standing shower, generously supplied with ESPA toiletries

We found the one time we had an evening meal in the restaurant, the vegetables were unbelievably meagre. However, we did enjoy the breakfasts, particularly the pot of freshly made coffee with hot milk in the morning, a bonus as lately hotels seem to use machines for this purpose.

Beautiful surroundings, facilities were great, staff were very helpful and so friendly. Got some really good advice from a couple of staff members on what to see and do, and they also accommodated an early check in as we landed in Jersey 5 hours before we should have been able to check in - this was so appreciated! The room was large and comfortable and there were ample heaters (we visited in November and the nights were chilly). The breakfast was brilliant, especially considering it was included in the price! The gym is probably the best “hotel” gym I’ve ever been in; you couldn’t ask for more really! Would love to be back someday 💕

The hotel completely exceeded expectations. I just booked somewhere as a base to explore Jersey but the hotel ended up being an experience in itself. The location is stunning and the hotel is beautifully decorated, especially the lobby and lounge area. The Christmas decorations were also up which made it feel very festive. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive and the food was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again.

If I stayed here again I would rent a car. We used the bus to get around and they aren’t quite as regular as you would like. If you want to pack in as much as possible and visit all areas of the island a car would be better anyway as we found this quite time consuming on the bus and didn’t quite hit all of the places on our list.
