- the place is very central, just a 2 min walk from the main cathedral. - the building is very historic and looks even better than in pictures. - tv has Netflix and youtube. - wifi was very good.

- I did not like that the check-in window is very tight only 3 h a day (2-6 pm) so if your flight is early or late you have to pay 30 euros to check-in. - if you wish for a calm stay it's not a good place. The walls are thin so you hear everything. Also, our room was facing the street with pubs so street noise ends only in the morning hours. If you wish for a proper night's sleep and you are a not party person it's not the best place to stay.

It's located in the Florence's centre, meaning everything is on a walking distance. Lots of bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops around. The apartment was super clean, warm enough, comfortable. It's an old building, looks like a museum inside the hallways, but the apartment is pretty new, obviously renovated.

The reception is in totally different building and different street nearby, which is sort of impractical as you need to walk over there with your luggage to pick up the keys. The building has a lots of stairs to climb. It's painful if you are heavy on luggage. Also, there are like 4-5 doors in the hallways, each with different key locked. Hard to pick the right key on first try, making the entry a bit time-consuming.

It's absolutely beautiful and the location is great.

There was no duvet, and when we asked for it they said they will bring in on the next day at 11:00AM so we had to spend the first night without it. They still didn't bring it on the next day so we didn't have a cover beside a think bed sheet. Also - there is only rainfall shower so it's hard to wash yourself properly.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. This is not the place to stay if you have dissabilities or prams. Bur for People who enjoy quite some steps as part of their daily walk to and from apartment will enjoy themselves here. We stayed at the room Belvedere with a great big balcony. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the size of the fridge and that it did not cool things propably. Would definetely stay here again. Highly recommended

You are right in the heart of Florence here and as soon as you step out of the door, you are in the hustle and bustle of the city. There are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants very close by for all meals and you can walk to all the sites. We walked from the train station (takes about 10 to 15 minutes) and it's a nice route. We stayed in a huge room, with large, comfortable bed, and lovely long windows to let in the light and to see the view. We had a spare single bed and a terrace to enjoy sitting out for breakfast or aperitivo. Check in is in a different building so you have to check in at the office, then walk round to the accommodation. Remember there are lots of steps up to rooms in Florence so you must be able-bodied to access the rooms. The place was quiet, calm and relaxing, perfect for a moment of calm from the busy streets. Communication was great via the Booking app and whatsapp and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again as it was a lovely place to stay.

Big enough room with aircon, big TV with netflix, fridge and a comfortable bed. It was quiet, contrary to most reviews(at least in mid september).

The water flow is too strong for the drainage and it leaks into the room if you use it on max flow. Also the water is either hot or cold, no middle ground.

Location is spectacular, very close to the Duomo, with lots of things to see and eat. The rooms are in a beautiful old building, which is really unique, and were very clean. The team was friendly, and made checkin very easy.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, and sagged inwards, with only one flat pillow each. It can also get quite noisy, with people coming and going the whole night; be mindful if you are a light sleeper.

The location was amazing! No breakfast was included but many local shops around the area offer great food. We loved the history of the building and the quiet nature of the residence. Would definitely stay again.

The stairs were a hassle to get luggage up and down. It was also annoying to have to go and pick up the apartment keys from a separate location. Especially while also lugging around all of our luggage with us.

Our room and balcony had the absolute wow factor! The high ceilings decor and views was just the perfect welcome to Italy. My only regret is not booking more nights. I’d definitely return. Thank you so much!

I think to make this place extra special, someone should meet you at the door with the key instead of going to the office a few minutes walk away. They knew when we were arriving and that I felt was a little complicated so service could be improved here.

This apartment was very nice and comfortable, the location is 5 mins from Santa Maria del Fiore. The room was clean. No one disturbed us while we were there. The double size bed was perfect also a few more cot was provided after asking. The bathroom was normal.

You should climb two floors to reach the property, there is no elevator in the building so with big luggage it's a bit uncomfortable. But this is not a big problem.
