My room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Access to and from SR20 was very easy. There's a restaurant within easy walking distance although I didn't eat there because I packed my own food. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave which meant I could prepare my own meals.

There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee packets. It could be used to make hot water for tea. Hot carafes of free coffee are available in the lobby. When I arrived the AC was set at 60 so it was very cold but the room heater did a good job of fixing that quickly. The pillows are old and not soft.

we got woken up a few times during the night because of cars driving by with really loud motors probably because we had a room at the end other than that not much to complain about

Very Good restaurant right next done. Corner Bar and Grill. The food and the service were wonderful.

I was sorry that there were so many lights in the parking lot that I was able to see the Northern Lights. I understand why the lights are there and it was a good thing but I wish they could have been dimmed in the middle of the night.

Perfect location for our needs.

We were surprised by a $40 pet fee we weren't informed about until we arrived at check-in, which was later in the evening. Otherwise, we probably would have stayed elsewhere. $15-20 would have been fine, but $40 seems excessive, especially since it was not expected.

This was seriously the quietest room I've ever rented. The bed was majorly comfortable. Super clean unit, super comfortable.

Tee hee, it was perfect. I didn't like that I couldn't spend the whole day snuggled in that super comfortable bed.

The hotel is a nice facility at a great value. It is much appreciated to see a nice operation not gouging the people just because they think they can, do to inflation like most of the other hotels.

Location and staff

coffee/tea area not clean or stocked. They had no refills available so we had no coffee to start out morning. Torn furniture in the room and definitely not matching. Thought it was best to leave if all outbecause it only made it seem dated and dirty.

The ice maker on the fridge was loud and there was no way to turn the ice maker off. The vending machine only takes a credit/debit card

l no snack vending machines just parking lot not marked ,no outside ashtrays, TVs were too small lamps didn't have bulbs in a couple and toilet paper should be new or folded like a arrow like Vegas or a fresh roll on the holder and the Old one switched to the spare one on back of toilet or whatever oh and the threshold in # 109 isn't secured and a senior citizen could fall and injure themselves but that's it as far as comfortable and clean and quiet and peaceful it was awesome 😎👍
