Perfect location for a beach holiday. The property is clean and tidy. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Plenty of on road free parking available.

Good value for money in a good location very close to the seafront and an easy walk to shops, restaurants etc. Suited what we needed and would book again if visiting Morecambe. Looks better on the inside than it does externally, and the owners have tried to make the best of the cosy apartment.

The sound insulation could be a lot better. Not just footsteps, but coughs and conversations too from flats above and below. It wouldn’t stop us booking again but may put some people off. Also a more powerful shower would have been nice.

The apartment was perfect for myself and my 18yr old, and had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It even has recliner sofa and armchair, which were a nice surprise. And the 18th birthday decorations were a lovely touch too.

The only thing I didn't like was the steps up to the front door, but that's because I am disabled. They're fine otherwise.

Location, space of apartment, clean, comfortable, everything I forgotten was already in apartment ie iron hairdryer and lots more. Lovley furniture, modern kitchen including hot drink selection...bathroom with towels and toiltries it was all thought of...Lovey apartment...I'm definitely booking again !

Everything exceeded expectation very pleasantly surprised as cost was very reasonable:)

The flat was comfortable, exceptionally clean. It was easy to find and in a lovely quiet safe neighbourhood. Location was perfect for us as we were visiting for the Poetry Festival. We could walk to the Winter Gardens in just over 15 minutes.

Single bed was a bit squeaky Shower wasn't very powerful Nothing that would prevent me from staying again

Good location, it was nice to have all relevant facilities such as the ability to cook and sit in the living room and relax watching TV, as opposed to just being in a hotel room which is usually the case when I am away with work.

Upstairs neighbours were loud, the bedroom window opens onto smoking area of care home next door, there are staff in and out all during the night smoking

Situated in a quieter end of town, away from the noise of karaoke and DJ’s, which makes your stay much more relaxing, the property benefits from free on street parking too. The flat itself is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hosts were very helpful with detailed instructions of how to find the flat and we enjoyed our stay very much.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

We booked into this apartment for just one night before travelling to the Isle of Man and were really pleased with it it was clean comfortable and a really good location and had more than we could possibly want for an overnight stay. Would most certainly book there again and definitely recommend

There was really nothing about it that I didn't like

There was very little missing from the accommodation. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and everywhere was clean. The landlord was easy to contact and was very helpful when we needed him. We will definitely use it again and recommend it to family and friends

Just a pity there was no parking at the rear, but never struggled to get a place on the street.

Was straight forward and easy to get the key and enter and leave the property.

The parking at the property isnt convenient as there was lots of empty parking places and for 1 car it would make it a lot easier and convenient to access the property with bags etc.
