Great location, very caring and hospitable staff, the view from our room was spectacular and the breakfast was also good - the variety was not that big, but we could always choose something and the food was great. The little treats for our kids upon arrival were a pleasant surprise. It's a great place to stay in Hong Kong, would come again for sure, we loved it!

I really enjoyed the fact my children and I felt safe, in a welcoming environment. The hotel is in a good location and we caught the shuttle a few times which was extremely convenient. The breakfast was delicious and fantastic variety. The rooms bigger than most in Hong kong and were extremely comfortable.bmy children enjoyed the lolly cart between 6-7pm

We really enjoyed our stay overall, can't fault it at all.

Good price/quality, clean, not bad localization. Good wifi. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby.

Small rooms, a little bit shabby, but it's the humidity. It is not so close to the city centre.

It has free shuttle for the nearest MTR for free, which is time and money saver. When I lost my phone they help us find the bus we rode and returned my phone.

Great location and rooms very comfy and clean. Staffs were helpful and friendly.

Long lines for check in. No dedicated concierge. Common areas like lift and restaurants were dirty and dusty. Breakfast selection was limited . No drinking water provided in the hotel room, you have to get it filled with water from the common area. Also no toileteries provided you have to pay and buy for it.

Perfect location for access to WanChai and Causeway Bay. Very clean hotel and rooms. Friendly staff and always willing to help with taxis, questions etc.

WiFi didn't work in hotel room only in the lobby and bar area. Drinks very expensive from the bar. Over £10 for a pint of lager, sometimes no staff on the bar and having to wait for over ten minutes for staff to arrive in the bar area. The hotel seems a little on the expensive side for what you get. I paid extra for a view of causeway bay however I was only on the 5th floor so not high enough to see anything. The only view was of the building opposite. Disappointed with that part. I did mention to reception however this was the only room available apparently.

The hotel was to my expectations and I enjoyed my stay there.

The bar fridge wasnt working and it is too small,way too small, for the money I paid surely you could have a bigger fridge. If you come to a western country hotel they supply a fridge big enough to cater for 3 - 4 people. Also the bathroom does not have a toilet brush ?? I dont expect the cleaners to clean up after me especially when I don't need the room cleaned everyday. 3. the shuttle bus is inconsistant where it stops going into town and returning, also I found out when I left HK that the shuttle service picks up guests at 'Central' station to take to the Hotel which you dont mention in your intro to HK Island ?? But in saying this this fridge ,toilet brush issue is an asian thing , no matter where you go.

The location is an ideal place to rest after a bustling day in town and it is not too far away from town. It is a 30-minute stroll to Causeway Bay and also a 30-minute bus no. 10 ride to the end of Des Voeux Road West. Shopping is readily available at Causeway Bay and Central. And across the road is the Jockey club.

PS: if you have elderly Chinese folks, do be aware that the back of the Dorsett Wanchai is a cemetery. My room faces the main road, not too sure about the rooms opposite to mine. Do be aware that there are no amenities in the immediate vicinity, everything is at least a short 10-15 minute walk away. There were many emptied out shops next to the hotel, I speculate that the pandemic would have impacted business. Hopefully in a year or 2, the shops get filled then this hotel would become even more ideal. The robot check-in with the QR code was cool, except that regulations still require us to show our passports to the counter.

It is a great location with a decent restaurant, laundromat, and shuttle bus departing to two different locations (metro/harbor) every half an hour. I really appreciate reusable glass drinking bottles and drinking water machines installed on corridors. Rooms are AC and have some other air-clearing equipment.

It is a pity that the rear windows are matted. This is because they face a cemetery, which I personally find attractive, but it is a taboo in Chinese culture. Otherwise, we could enjoy a stunning view - not only of the cemetery but also of Victoria Peak. Some guests can be really noisy but there is not much that can be done about it.

Location is convenient, walkable to connect to public transport stations/stops… the bus shuttle service is very convenient and cost saving for all types of travellers…

Just a suggestion on the food choices for their free breakfast… if possible to include more international cuisine and food varieties..
