The apartment was very modern and clean. I really liked the spacious balcony, with 2 sun loungers. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They let us use their luggage room and pool facilities after check out which was nice :) This place seemed to attract a quieter crowd too which I liked.

Whilst the pool facilities were really nice, the only thing that got on my nerves was the hogging of sun loungers. Me and my partner used the pool facilities a few times, and a lot of loungers had towels dumped on them for hours on end with no one coming back to them! Even worse, these were the loungers with the most sun exposure, but no one using them. There was a lifeguard on duty majority of the time, so this could easily be managed better, as there were guests shoved in the shade due to loungers being hogged.

As shown in the photo's on booking.com the apartment has pool view at the center of the complex but this is not correct the apartment is behind the the main pool view apartments with no pool view!! but thank god we were lucky to get moved to a pool view apartment on our second day :-) which was what we thought we were booking in the first place

Very clean, everything you needed for a self catering stay. Great pool and sunbed area Entertainment was good as was the bar and staff

The cleaning staff were very vocal from 7:30 in the morning (not much chance of a lie but in. Also found the dividing walls did not keep out the noise you could clearly hear people in the adjoining duplexes.

The apartment was clean, the view was amazing, free parking, the store at the reception had great wine

The distance to the beach if you don’t have a car it is quite far

Quiet location, but everything nearby. Friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms and great value. The on-site mini market was handy. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the pool side bar had a great selection of drinks and food, very reasonable prices. We are looking at booking the hotel again early next year as we had a great time (one man we met has been going every year since he was a young boy, that speaks volume of the hotel).

The only one issue we had was that the walls in rooms seem very thin, so there was noise coming from either side of us. More to do with the construction of the building rather than noisey guests. Some guests, unfortunately, put towels on sunbeds first thing in the morning and didn't return until the afternoon. Shame for the guests who wanted a sunbed. This goes on in most hotels, but it is still frustrating and needs addressing.

We were allocated an unsuitable room at first which was too small for a family of four. There was no sun terrace or second floor. With 2 x teenage boys, this meant we were all on top of each other. To give the staff their due, even though it was peak season and the complex was really very full, they managed to find us an alternative which was a duplex by the pool with a sun terrace. This was much more suitable and what we had expected from previous stays. We did think there was too much furniture in the lounge area as we needed to use the pull-out bed and it seemed a bit of an obstacle course. We asked if the table and chairs and the coffee table could be moved out and this was done immediately with no problems at all. Thank you for saving our holiday experience from being uncomfortable! The staff were always so friendly and helpful. The lifeguard was much more than just a lifeguard shuffling people around and helping throughout the day with parasols etc and politely stating that balls were not allowed in the pool if applicable very discreetly. The live music was lovely to hear during the day and gave a lovely atmosphere. The cafe bar service was friendly and efficient too and there was lots of choices of snacks.

Too much furniture if a family of four in some of the apartments. Not loads of room for sunbeds around the pool. Would be good if you could specify somehow at booking exactly what type of room you need to avoid disappointment. Although the cleaners only come around every 5 days or so which is fine, it would be good if toilet roll supplies were checked on and filled so we didn't have to keep asking.

Very helpful and friendly staff. A very clean apartment and superb cleaning service. No rush/need in the morning to book swimming pool beds, plenty of sun beds and very relaxed guests! The lifeguard is very polite, friendly and tolerant with kids! The swimming pool is very clean and kids-friendly. Stacey's bar is a "real bonus". I never experienced the same service in any other hotel bar in Tenerife. Good food, quick service, very generous drinks and food portions!!! Stacey and Peter made us very welcome from the very first day, even under pressure they always had time for a lough.

Fantastic service at recepción from the staff members we spoke to; both of whom were extremely professional, courteous and very helpful. The complex itself is lovely. Clean, peaceful and has a nice pool. It's very close (5-10 min walk) to the main bus station and there's also complimentary parking, if you have a car. There are a couple of decent-sized supermarkets nearby (we liked Dialprix Pasarella) and plenty of bars/restaurants. Our apartment, set out over two floors, was a nice size and had everything we could need for our stay, including: iron/ironing board, hair dryer, clothes drier, sunbeds, patio furniture, fridge-freezer, oven, toaster, microwave AND even a washing machine! Overall, for the price, the place is great value. We really enjoyed our weekend stay and are already looking forward to planning another visit in the coming months. Would definitely recommend. :)

Some of the decor is looking a little tired/dated - could do with a little freshen up to bring it into the 2020's (and beyond). There was also a 1-2cm gap under the front door which allowed a couple of insects to get in - a weatherstrip (burlete) would help prevent this (we ended up rolling up a beach towel and placing it in front of the gap, after I spotted a rather large cockroach crawl in one evening. RIP cockroach!).

. - The apartment was clean and well equipped (fridge, kitchenette, tv, air conditioning) - The facility provides differently colored bags and asks their guests to separate trash - Wi-Fi was fast and reasonably strong pretty much anywhere on the property - The pool area was perfectly clean, the water pleasantly warm, and on both days it was easy to find an empty sunchair. The reception provides a big pool towel for free at check-in. - The whole property is well taken care of, with plants and flowers everywhere - It was possible to leave the luggage in a storage room and still use the pool (and towels) until the afternoon on the departure day, which was awesome - The main bus station (with airport bus 40) is a 10-minute downhill walk. Even with suitcases no taxi was needed.

. - The apartment was quite dark inside (not much sunlight reached it and the lights were rather dim) - There are many doors in the wall surrounding the (relatively large) property, but none of them could be opened, so every time I had to pass by the main entrance first - From 15:30 a (really loud) live music program starts in the bar above the pool, which makes reading or relaxing at the pool in the late afternoon virtually impossible - On the day of departure (check-out time: 10:00) the cleaning personnel woke me up at 7:30 by unlocking and opening the door. To my sleepy "Hello, what's happening?" they just replied "ok", turned around and left.
