The room is modern and very nice. Location was just great!

I thought there was an elevator all the way to the level of my room. I was at 502 and I had to take the stairs up each time from the 4th and had a hard time carrying my suitcases to and from the room. Otherwise, the experience was great

One of my rooms ( number 403 ) smelled of cigarettes. also quality of beds and pillow shall be improved,

The location was really close to the center, the room was very clean, they clean the room everyday. We had virtual keys (I liked this feature a lot, not having to interact with anyone and being able to check in and out easy). We received mini shampoos and shower gels. After 10pm there is a doorman that makes sure you actually live in the building (so it is a very safe place to stay). We had everything that we needed like towels, hairdryer, etc.

There was a lot of noise (I think the walls are really thin) like moving furniture noise (not music or anything like that), but after exploring the city we got really tired and slept through it. The blanket was placed between 2 sheets like a sandwich.. instead of being tucked in a duvet cover so everytime we used the blanket it was a disaster. We had to arrange it so we covered ourselves with the first sheet, then the blanket and then the upper sheet.. and making the bed in the moring was impossible. We felt bad for the cleaning lady that had to deal with that so we put up the dont disturb sign 2/4 days hoping to spear her of fighting with the covers.

Accommodating staff. They changed my room after my request to have a desk. We moved in a different room the second day.

The first room was tiny, and there was no AC, so it was very hot some days. The fan was okay, but an AC would have been better.

Great Location, easy convenient, no hassle with check-ing in and waiting.

It was quite difficult to find the Hostal, when calling the number he was also not very helpful. I asked him what floor and he said to go to the hostal... ofcourse that was what I was looking for and he couldn't tell me it was the fourth floor. I just keep going up each floor to find it. AC was directly pointing towards the bed, it was either to die of heat or freeze. I did get a slight cold Hair on bathroom when I first entered.

Great location and good value for money. Will be happy to come back.

The room was a bit small to have 2 luggages open.

Hassle free check in and check out. The bigger rooms were amazing.

The small double room was not good with a terrible noisy Fan. I would suggest to remove the fan from the room and install AC like other rooms.

Centre . No staff but the staff was very fast to respond your enquiry . I was happy with that 👍

Was good with everything maybe add a full length mirror would be nice and a kettle as well. But still we are good with everything

Didnt have a shelf to place toiletries in the bathroom Could do with a comfortable chair to sit and relax reading, watching tv or even getting changed.

I loved this hostal very, VERY much. The beds are comfy, the sheets clean, the bathroom very modern. We had a lovely little balcony facing the street... but it was very QUIET! While located right in the heart of Gran Via, this hostal looks out into the road on the other side, so you don't get the energy/hustle/bustle, and are able to get a good night's sleep!
