The location is stunning, there is a great view on the Gran Vìa and it is possible to spend a good time in a quiet balcony watching the life going by outside. 5 minutes walking from Sol, metro station Gran Vìa, 15 minute walking from Cibeles square and 20 from Prado museum. Lots of tapas bar nearby. Comfortable and clean room, big wardrobe.

The check in app is very, very, VERY difficult to use, much steps to go through before to finalize and it is needed even to open the room door, so if you don't have internet yet on your phone (the wifi key is inside the room) you can face some troubles. The room is good, only the night tables could be bigger and more stable. In the bathroom there isn't any space or racks to put the own staff so we had to continuously come back to the room to get ready after showering, even only to put some face cream.

there was no dining facility, the room i booked was a single room and although it was clean and had all the essentials, shower bed and toilet. it was the smallest room I have ever seen. I could reach out and put my hands on both walls literally. in saying that I spent vvery little time in the room as I ventured around the amazing city by day and night. And the room is ideally placed in the heart of everything. Upon reflection for the price I paid there was no value because of the total lack of facilities like a bar, restaurant, gym, laundry or even vending machines with drinks and snacks. but for the location I would probably return.

The place is accessible to bus and near the train station too. Walking distance to all attractions. Restaurants and shopping stores all over the street.

The new system for checking in is confusing. Thanks God the cleaner allowed us to go inside the room while finishing the online check in. But once done it was easy to open the entrance, second door and our room.It stressed me a lot because of the hot weather and the complicated online check in.I need to call to make sure that the office confirmed our information that we uploaded on their site. No kettle, glasses or fridge to store some water.

The location was perfect. The hotel was central and within easy reach of the main facilities that I needed. National Library, Círculo de Bellas Artes, restaurants, shopping, Corte Inglés, book shops... I highly recomend it. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was very clean, but it was very dark. As I went to Madrid on a research trip , as well as working online, I had to work in the room. This was the only thing.

The location is very nice, located in the city center and all things are around within walking distance. The cleanliness was superb. Thank you.

The online check-in was a bit difficult with the online application taking photos of passports and selfies which took some time. Probably in this technological century, it is more common but this was my first experience with online check-in and check-out. Fortunately, everything went well.

The room was really well cleaned, and the staff were nice. The beds were comfortable. The location is awesome with a direct access to Gran Vía and a bus stop as well as a metro station next to the entrance.

The door to the bathroom/restroom was really hard to close/open. It would be nice to provide more storage units to unpack the luggages and store folded clothes, etc.

The place was nice. I was glad the person in the lobby spoke enough English to help explain how to get to the room and store our luggage. The location was wonderful and easy to get around to everything.

The luggage storage was almost full, there could have been more. I was happy that the staff let us know we could bring it to another location. That was a little inconvenient.

Sometimes loud due to other guests which is of no fault of the property, I was also near the air conditioning units so that was a little loud at night however I just put in my headphones and managed to mostly ignore it

Location is amazing, comfortable room with a good bed and enough towels. I asked if they have an iron, the staff was so kind so they bought and delivered to my room brand new iron and an ironing board. Wow! That’s a top level. TV is easily pairing with iPhone and they also have YouTube and Netflix there. Cool self-checking and opening doors just with an application

Close to everything. Gran Via is so beautiful.

Wished there were coffee makers in the room! Lobby and hallways could use some fresh paint. Elevators worked, balcony was decent, lockers to put your bags in after you check out until 7 pm.
