I think this hotel is a winner when it comes to its staff. I can't praise them highly enough! When we got there, we were given an excellent room, but unfortunately, our neighbours were really noisy with bad-behaved kids. Tried to solve the situation ourselves but eventually after not being able to sleep we had to go down to reception and ask them to somehow solve the matter for us. The very friendly receptionist, Dominik, already tried earlier to speak with the parents however given that we couldn't sleep he kindly moved us to another room which thankfully had considerate neighbours. I really appreciated him doing that otherwise we wouldn't have slept a minute that night. The rooms are very spacious, modern and clean with super comfy beds. And every, room on each side of the building, will have stunning views of the mountains. The location of the hotel is also excellent, you can literally walk and explore the whole of Innsbruck on foot from the hotel. The cable car is also right opposite the hotel which is super handy. Dominik also gave us some great recommendations which we were grateful for. We would definitely return!

Great hotel in a great location - next to the funicular, just 3 bus stops from the main train station, a 5 min walk from the palace and the park. Our room was clean, spacious, air-conditioned, quiet and with a nice view of the mountains.

Very expensive breakfast - price of dinner! - we were a bit shocked. Fridge was very small and it switched off along with the electricity when we took the card out of the socket. We tried to by-pass that by leaving one of our cards in the socket at all time, but the cleaning staff always pulled the card out. Our yogurts got ruined thanks to that.

It was a great room, warm, comfortable and very clean. Also had tea and coffee making facilities. Be sure to know that the hotel does not cook on a Monday evening, you have to eat out.

The Reception staff, met two receptionists and they were not what I would call ideal, the first one was ok ish, the second one on leaving was quite miserable. You expect if you go to a hotel like that to be at least greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. You almost felt that you were disturbing them by having to come out of the office to the front desk, they just did the necessary paper work and barely looked at you. The rest of the staff that we met were fine.

Well located hotel within 5/10 min walk to the centre. 20min to the main train station. Funicular stop is right opposite the hotel. It takes 5min to Hermann Buhl Platz. Receptionists at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Good size bathroom. The room is well equipped. Our room was facing the river and mountains. Amazing views from the room! The spa free of charge for hotel guests was a bonus for the stay. Really relaxing. We had a really nice stay in this hotel and definitely we'll go back when visiting Innsbruck in the future.

The room was large and beautiful, it had a great view of the mountains and was quiet and had conditioning. The bed was extremely comfy. We loved the breakfast, it was exceptional. The location of the hotel was also superb - literally next to the cable car going up to the mountain. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. We don't like to be in downtown hotels. It was everything we desire.

We were spoiled by one of the hotel in Salzburg, where we could cast Youtube on the tv. We will the tv there would have a chromcast. But in truth, there was nothing we didn't like.

Best friendly and very helpful, caring service by the receiption team... forgot her name - but she must be congratulated for being a customer stasifaction centric focus (she is pregant lady at the reception) Our highlight is cycling in Innsbruck - simply a bliss to explore, sightseeing and being like local in this beautiful charming scenic city.

Despite within walking distance to old town, there is no restarurants, cafes around the hotel location. Unfortunate for us, the Nordkette cable car is closed for maintenance during our stay

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped hotel. Great view from our room.

I did not receive a reply to 2 emails sent before our stay, using the email advised in a message from the hotel. Also very little tourist information within the hotel. With our say we were eligible for an Innsbruck ‘welcome card’ however there was no information on this from the hotel. We had to ask about it after our own research. Disappointing not to have any help on where to go, what to see or offers available from the hotel.

Good location with excellent access by car, just 10 minutes walk from the city center. The hotel is fairly new with good rooms (including a coffee machine and kettle in the room). We had a room on the top floor with a great view of the mountains and river. The hotel has its own surface and underground parking. Be sure to ask the hotel staff for confirmation of a parking space. We reserved a space in advance in the underground garage. We were lucky; when we arrived, we left the car in the hotel parking lot, which happened to be free. Later, as it turned out during registration, there were no free spaces in the garage. And we ourselves would have to look for a place to leave the car. The staff doesn't care too much.

The hotel is in a nice and quiet neighborhood by the river and the park. It is also close to the city center, which is reachable just by taking a walk by the river or through the park. The bus stops are near the hotel, so getting to and from the central station is convenient. The room was very nice, clean, modern, and spacious. We even had something close to a walk-in wardrobe with a big mirror!

We had a problem with the bathtub drains, so it is advised to check them at check-in to see if they are working properly. The rest was great!

Location is great

They charged me 15 euros per day for parking, but the parking garage is for free!!! The girl at the reception said that they still have to charge as they pay the owner of the garage. The owner has not fixed the entrance for a long time, so everyone parks for free. So why did I have to pay the hotel for it? If I has said I didn’t have a car, I would not have paid anything. (Not a place to stay if you don’t know really well the person staying in the room with you. The bathroom door is of glass. You can’t see through but it does not give you enough privacy)
