The flair and the room design were great. The different room options with their extraordinary design make the hotel one of a kind. They serve local beverages like fritz kola.

The rooms can't be locked from the inside. The only thing preventing the staff from entering is the "please do not disturb" sign.

Definitely loved the room. So unique and Zen. We were lucky to have a fantastic view of the ski jump!—with big windows to stare at it from bed. The bed, comforter, and pillows were so comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always welcoming with hellos and smiles. The reception had Prosecco, fruit, flavored water, and candies available. The room came with a small bottle of Prosecco as well. The hotel has a great side and back deck with chairs and tables to sit within the foliage and soak in the mountain views. It also had a beautiful restaurant they use for breakfast, but we didn’t partake so can’t say about the food. The hotel location is a 5-7 minute walk to the “Main Street” (Maria Theresa Strasse). Since we stayed 3+ nights, we were given a “Welcome Card” which allowed us free rides on all city transport, which we used a lot!

The hotel is located on a small street, that you would think would be a quiet area, but two out of our 4 nights there, we listened to parties/gatherings from nearby.

The location was ideal, on the edge of the twon centre, wich i scompact so just a 5' walk ( and close to a great bakery for breakfast). The rooms and decor are, overall, quirky and exubirant which makes Nala a unique place to stay. They have an honesty bar (which we didn't use), agreat sign for a hotel that respecxts their clientel. The terrace must be great in summer and the views are superb but, then, it is Innsbruck after all. HIghky reommended for a couple of nights or so.

There was a window between our bedroom and bathroon which, although there was a curtain on the bedroom side, was a bit weird for those of who favour prviacy

Once again I got to the hotel late and was offered a glass of Prosecco which I accepted and then was given directions to the Hard Rock Cafe when I asked if it was close by. The directions I got were perfect and the woman at the front desk was very helpful as well as being very nice to an old man traveling alone. That’s worth more to me than a fancy room. Then this morning I was blown away by the breakfast staff’s enthusiasm. Maybe they were competing for a gold medal considering the city’s history, but in 43 days of traveling by train I would say they are the winners. Thank you!!!

No fault of the hotel, but the rain kept me from enjoying the wonderful garden I could see from my window. What a shame … it looked inviting!!!

Location was perfect, short walk to the old town and our favourite restaurants and bars. Very close to our favourite ski rental shop, and very close to the public transport (airport bus, ski buses, tram lines and the rail station). The hotel was very beautifully decorated and very relaxed. Lots of useful relaxation spaces, indoor and outdoor. There was prosecco in the lobby, they ensured we had enough tea and coffee in our room, there was a little self serve bar upstairs, a small sauna, and they sent us away with chocolates for our flight home.

Very expensive breakfast, although it is exquisite and the restaurant is very beautiful.

Nala was a cute little properly located ten minutes away from Innsbruck city centre. The property was well positioned, had friendly and helpful staff and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The room opened into the bathroom and the entire open bathroom shower set up is not ideal when sharing the room as a family with kids. the breakfast was also one of our most uncomfortable experiences as they tried to maximize seat capacity. We paid around 18 euros per head to literally bump into people at every corner. Next day had a lovely and quiet breakfast at a bakery around the corner.

bedroom design was very unique and well done. It all seems brand new. Staff were very friendly and helpful. it’s lovely they offered an honesty bar for drinks if you wanted. There are so many places to go though for drinks that are close by, it’s probably not used much.

heating couldn’t be turned down in my room and it was too hot to sleep. Technical issue… Also… there was a hard tiled step half way along the bed that was a death trap. you had to remember every time when you got out of bed that there was a step right by the side of you. In the middle of the night this is really dangerous.

The hotel was very clean, nice atmosphere, coffee machine in the room, hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow. The room was not big, but it had everything we needed for three nights in Innsbruck. it was very close to the shopping street, Maria Thereza Strasse, the train station, the historic center, Golden Roof, Hapsburg palace and the funicular to Alpenzoo were around 15 minutes walking. Plenty of restaurants near by and I highly recommend the Gusto Pizzeria just in front of the hotel. The pasta and pizza were superb. The front desk people were very nice, polite and willing to help in anything we needed. I really appreciated that. when we plan our next visit to Innsbruck, we’ll gladly come back to Nala Individualhotel.

Chic and affordable hotel in the heart of Innsbruck. Easy to walk to the center of town. Also impressed with what they’ve done with such small rooms- our room was tiny but the layout made it feel much bigger and we loved the little terrace. Espresso machine in the room was a great touch. Staff was super easy to communicate with, especially since we arrived much later than anticipated.

Rooms are quite small, which was fine with us but if you have a lot of luggage you might want a bigger space.

The staff went out of their way to make our Anniversary stay unique and special. We enjoyed the decor, the unique ‘social’ spaces - rooftop bar, outdoor patio, and the Infrared Spa after a long hike! The bed and pillows made for good sleeps and while there was a little noise from the street, it didn’t phase us. The bus stop at the end of the street was excellent along with easy walk to the main areas. Highly recommend Nala Indiveduel Hotel.
